Chapter 62 - Chapter 62: Haunted Cemetery

"G.g.g.ghosts!!" San Gregorio shouted at the top of his lungs. It wasn't a curtain at all, but a ghost! The long black hair swaying in the wind covered most of her face, blending with the darkness, making it hard to see clearly. San Gregorio, thinking it was just a curtain hanging by the window, was terrified by the sudden appearance.

CP0 agents, who were on guard outside San Gregorio's Holy Gate, rushed in when they heard the screams from inside the house. In an instant, they saw a white shadow disappear outside the window, leaving them with an inexplicable sense of dread. Was that a ghost? A CP0 agent ran towards the window, looking out into the thick night.

In the darkness of Mariejois, they spotted a small white silhouette moving swiftly, appearing near in one moment and then disappearing hundreds of meters away in the next. It was a strange and terrifying sight.

"G.g.gho..." A CP0 agent watched until the figure disappeared completely, his clothes soaked in cold sweat. The image was too horrifying, as if a ghost would appear in front of their eyes at any moment. Fortunately, such a thing did not happen. Checking San Gregorio's physical condition, they found no signs of injury or ghostly influence.

At this moment, San Gregorio was sitting on the bed, not fully understanding the situation. His little friend was limp and apathetic. He looked as stupid as he was.

Meanwhile, Lucas, moving at incredible speed, found himself at the Cemetery. The pale moonlight illuminated the area, casting an eerie glow over the tombstones.

Lucas blinked, surprised. He did not expect to see such an explosive and disgusting scene. Meanwhile, he has arrived at the Cemetery! The pale moonlight filled the sky.

The cemetery at night was a chilling sight, with the cold wind howling above the graves and the trees swaying ominously. The sound of the wind seemed like ghostly whispers, sending shivers down the spine of anyone nearby.

Suddenly, a white, ghostly figure appeared, flitting among the tombstones with an otherworldly grace. Wherever it went, the wind ceased, and the atmosphere grew even more eerie.

Finally, the figure stopped in front of several newly erected tombstones.

"You're here..." Lucas whispered.

Sadako raised her slender hand and lightly touched the air in front of the tombstones. A gloomy ghostly aura emerged, enveloping the area like a dark cloud before dissipating into the darkness.

With the task complete, Sadako's form vanished, leaving no trace behind as if she had never been there at all.
