Chapter 11 - Chapter 11: A Warm Welcome to the Sixth Level

Impel Down, Eternal Hell.

This is a level permanently kept secret from the outside world and unknown to the general prison population of Impel Down. All the criminals imprisoned here are sentenced to life imprisonment and are forced to wear Sea Stone chains for the rest of their lives.

Guided by Hannyabal, Lucas arrived at Eternal Hell. He was placed in a cell opposite Ace and Jinbei.

"Our sixth level has become quite lively recently," Vasco Shot remarked with an oddly amused smile on his face, his long nose twitching in curiosity.

"Several newcomers arriving in quick succession," Vasco Shot continued, his eyes darting between Ace, Jinbei, and Lucas.

As Lucas was escorted to his cell, the rattling of chains echoed throughout Eternal Hell, drawing the attention of the prisoners, many of whom had spent years in this dark and desolate place.

Even Ace and Jinbei, seasoned inmates, couldn't help but cast curious glances at the newcomer. The arrival of prisoners in Eternal Hell had been a rare occurrence, but recently, there had been an influx. First, it was Ace, then Jinbei, and now, this young-looking newcomer.

The inmates, who had long been deprived of sunlight and society, couldn't help but wonder what he had done to earn a spot in this forsaken place.

"I've never seen this one before."

"He's quite young. Could he be another of Whitebeard's sons?"

"Oh, another fresh face. How charming."

"Hey, Hannyabal! What kind of crazy stunt did this guy pull to end up here? And what's his bounty?"

Questions and comments flew from the imprisoned crowd, each curiosity-laden voice demanding answers from Hannyabal.

Hannyabal, irritated by the impertinence of the prisoners, responded gruffly, "He burned down a Navy branch, and his bounty is only 30 million beli! Can't you people listen?"

His words fell like a hammer in the stunned silence. The prisoners couldn't believe what they had just heard.

"A bounty of only 30 million beli? Are you sure you didn't miss a zero?"

"Is this some kind of joke?"

"Is the marines getting lazy? Putting someone like him in Eternal Hell?"

The inmates exchanged incredulous glances, their disbelief palpable.

The prisoners who shared a cell with Lucas were especially unimpressed, feeling that his presence had diminished their own perceived threat and status.

"This guy is a joke. He doesn't belong in the same cell as us."

A prisoner in the same cell as Lucas openly expressed his disdain. He seemed offended to share his confinement with someone with such a low bounty.

Hannyabal, having no patience for the prisoners' complaints, turned to leave, his sadistic grin widening.

"If this prisoner meets his end here in the sixth level, I predict Magellan will be demoted. Then, I'll ascend to the position of Chief Warden."

When he muttered this, Hannyabal trembled like a kid caught stealing cookies from a cookie jar and looked back at the prisoners.
