So Author note: Hey so I been thinking of how I going to run the tournament rules since we haven't made it to duelist kingdom yet so I'm go with season 0 rules till then.
Rule of Dueling
1.2000LP
2.5 card draw starting hand plus 1 every Turn.
3.First turn can't attack 2nd turn afterwards attacking allowed.
4 Spell Cards are considered quick play if set the turn prior.
5.deck limt 65 max - 40 min
6. Field advantage exist on map at the time subject to change eventually.
7.type Advantage (this will not stay after duelist kingdom)
8.Ante is allowed but frowned upon.
9.Fusion monster can be Summon when both materials are on feild with out needing polymerization (why was this a thing)
10. You can Summon in defense mode
11.Neither player can attack directly( unless I change it)
12.must Summon or set a monster when applicable. If your unable to by the end of your turn you lose the duel.
13.you can only Summon 1 monster per turn.
14.if your monster is destroyed by card effect the controler of said monster takes have of its attack as damage.(can't believe this was actually a rule)
15.no Summon limt on monster level aka tribute summoning dosent exist.
16.ritual monster are extra deck monster
17.feild power bonus are 30 percent boost (yay!! math I'm totally not having a headache later)

I will be drafting the tournament it's taking me awhile for first duel because how low lp is I had great idea of adding side characters battles to spice up fight with characters form the manga r mabye even a rival but who to say I could be pulling your leg most definitely.
If I miss anything in rules with power of author shenanigans I can change it mid story.
