"A dragon is approaching the palace" Rafael called as Alyssa ran to the balcony to see things for herself. She covered her mouth in shock as she saw the dragon spit out fire, it was the exact dragon she always saw in her dreams. The jet-black dragon kept going in circles as if looking for someone. She saw the soldiers gather to shoot the dragon down. She had to find Raymon, she hadn't told him about her dream yet.
"Stop it"
Alyssa turned to see who spoke.
"Tell it to stop and it will, " Kylie told her.
"How can I do that?" Alyssa asked worriedly as the dragon's fire was ruining some part of the castle.
"Communicate with it, it should listen," Kylie replied.
"Stop," she said to the dragon but it didn't listen. She looked at Kylie with a scared face.
"Try again," Kylie said to her.
"Stop" but still the dragon didn't listen. Raymon and Zayn had gone with the army to capture the dragon.
"Stop, please stop," Alyssa said as she saw Raymon lift his bow and arrow aiming for the dragon.
Kylie raised her hand and formed a rope made of light. She knew it was a dangerous move as the dragon could consider it as a threat but she had to make sure Zayn was safe. She took a deep breath, looked at the dragon, and closed her eyes to focus her energy before hearing a stern command.
"Stop!!!" Alyssa's voice echoed as everyone stopped whatever they were doing to look at who made such a command. The dragon had also stopped and was looking at Alyssa, growling loudly before flying over to her. Everyone looked at them in awe, as Alyssa ran her head over the dragon, it used its hind leg and carried Alyssa throwing her to its back and flying away.
"Alyssa!" Raymon shouted as he watched the dragon fly away with her. Raymon flew up as well trying to chase the dragon, but it turned back and threw a large fireball at him causing him to fall. Raymon tried to follow the dragon again but it had vanished from the air without any trace.
** The Dragon Mountain
Alyssa felt dizzy as the dragon flew away with her high in the sky. She kept looking back to see if Raymon was coming after her, she was worried that the fireball the dragon threw at Raymon hit him hard. The dragon kept swaying left to right as if angry at her thought.
"Stop! Stop!!" Alyssa kept saying to the dragon as she felt lightheaded, she wanted to throw up. She felt the dragon go higher into the clouds and she closed her eyes to prepare for what came next. Suddenly she felt the dragon stop flying and she opened her eyes, she could see the whole world at a distance, she came down from the dragon's back and tried looking down, she felt dizzy and lost her balance, luckily the dragon caught her just in time. It placed her down on his laid-out wings and made a loud cry.
Soon two other dragons appeared, it was the same dragons she had seen in her dream, one had a dark red color while the other was greyish. The big jet-black dragon gently raised her back to her feet and placed her on its back before they flew away. Alyssa wondered where they were going and she could only look at the world's view in awe. As they flew she realized that was the same thing that happened in her dream, she was flying on a jet-black dragon with two other dragons by her side. Soon they arrived at an open field, it had a medium-sized rock around it like it was a door.
She slid down from the dragon's back and walked around, it was a vast land that wasn't occupied. It had no animals or buildings, not even trees and plants.
"Is this a forbidden land?" Alyssa asked as she looked at the dragons, who growled sadly. She walked to the jet-black dragon and held his face with her hands and suddenly she went back in time to when Hazel was killed by Owen. The land the dragons took her to was the Rennox castle empire, Abi who was her ancestor fought her last battle on this land with the jet black dragon.
Abi was bleeding profusely after she was stabbed by a demon. She crawled on her stomach to the raging dragon who kept burning anything that came its way.
"You should leave now, onyx," Abi said to the jet-black dragon but it didn't listen, it kept throwing the soldiers who tried to harm Abi.
"Go now onyx! I command you" Abi yelled at it. It was also bleeding from numerous stabs it got from the demons.
"You have to protect our kind," she said. "I'd get reincarnated, I'd come back so you need to stay alive". Abi broke the locket she had on her and gave it to the dragon. Abi used up her last strength to protect her dragon before cursing the mountain so that the demons from Daichi wouldn't harm them.
Reluctantly, onyx flew up, spitting fire out as he watched Abi struggle to stand up. It growled loudly as Abi was stabbed in her back by the demon, and she staggered and fell. It flew back to the mountain but some demons had gone to attack the mountain. Crimson and Hue fought bravery before Onyx sealed the mountain with the locket Abi gave it. Years rolled by and Onyx couldn't break through the barrier and finally, when it did, it went to the Rennox castle and picked up the sand from the side where Abi had taken her last breath.
Alyssa snapped out of the vision as she staggered behind. She was Abi and she had died after protecting her dragons. She looked at Onyx and saw her five-year-old sef as Abi when her dad newly gifted her a dragon as a pet, little wonder why Abi and Onyx were close. Alyssa held her gowns tightly before running to an edge to throw up. Onyx poked his mouth on her stomach as he softly growled looking at crimson and hue. She mounted Onyx's back as they all flew to the mountain.
