Prime Minister David hurriedly walked into the mansion in between the woods, he just got to the cave where Alyssa was kept and the area was stitched badly and he couldn't find Alyssa. He knew he was in trouble and he had to find her as soon as he could before dark eyes could find out but dark eyes were always a step ahead.
"Where is Alyssa?" Dark eyes asked Prime Minister David. "Where the hell is she, scorpion?" She yelled at him.
"She escaped, " he said.
"She escaped?" Dark eyes roared in anger. "Didn't you send your minions over? Then how did she escape?" Dark eyes shouted, throwing the table over. "Did you see the bodies of your minions? It had just one slash, one slash and they were all dead".
"Who could have done it?" She asked. "Answer me, God, dammit! Who?"
"Raymon or Zayn " he answered.
"Raymon or Zayn?" She asked. "You mean one of the brothers helped her escape?" She said,
"Yes, only they can kill with a slash," he replied.
"Then find her, either through Raymon or Zayn " she ordered. "She must carry out her mission, " she said.
Prime Minister David went out and sat on a large stone. "That damn bitch! Who does she think she is to boss me around?" He thought. "You just wait and see, I'd dump you when I'm done, dark eyes" he hissed before walking away. He went back to the palace, he had to monitor Raymon to get to Alyssa.

Raymon got back to the palace, all excited. He ordered the maids to beautifully decorate the room close to his.
"Son, what's happening here?" Queen Tiffany asked with a smile. She was happy that Raymon had his long-lost smile back.
"Mom, I'm bringing her home," Raymon replied, smiling.
"Her? Who's her?" Tiffany asked, a little confused.
"Mom, just wait and….."
"You've found her right?" Queen Tiffany asked excitedly.
"You always catch me red-handed," Raymon said.
"I'm so happy for you," she said. "When would you be bringing her home?" She asked.
"Tomorrow," he replied. Raymon and his mom were so lost in their conversation, that they didn't know that Prime Minister David was eavesdropping on them.
"So Alyssa is coming here tomorrow," he thought to himself. "I'm sorry Raymon, but I'd have to cut your excitement short". He called the Head of the army and whispered to his ears.
"Consider it done, Prime Minister, " the head of the army replied.
*The next morning
Raymon got up early and started preparing. He was bringing Alyssa home to the palace, though it was going to be a low-key celebration, he was happy everyone was excited to welcome Alyssa home.
Prime Minister David had put a spy to monitor Raymon. As Raymon got out of the room, the spy contacted Prime Minister David and he immediately went to hide.
Raymon equally left hurriedly to meet Alyssa, he mounted his horse and drove to the safehouse not knowing he was being followed by the prime minister.
"Hey, are you asleep?" Raymon asked as he kept knocking on the door. Alyssa opened the door and jumped on Raymon, embracing him tightly.
She was wearing a peach floral dress and she had let her wavy hair fall down her shoulders, pinning a little side with a butterfly bow.
"You look so beautiful" Raymon complimented her and Alyssa blushed hard. "Shall we?" He asked as he took her hand in his and just then he abruptly stopped and furrowed his brows.
"What's going on, Raymon?" Alyssa asked.
"The horse is being….." he stopped talking, not wanting to scare Alyssa. "The horse is in pain, I'd go and check it out," he said as he turned around. "Close the door tightly and don't open it for anyone, even if the person claims to be me," he added.
"Are we being attacked right now?" She asked. Raymon didn't want to lie to her so he didn't say anything.
"Nothing bad would happen to us, okay?" He assured her. "Just trust me"
"I won't open the door for anyone until I get to hear your voice," she said. Raymon kissed her on the forehead and patted her cheek lightly before running out. He had a bad feeling, someone was planning to attack them.
He got to where he tied his horse and he saw it was bleeding. He sensed he was surrounded by dangerous people, just as he was about to turn around an arrow whooshed past his face but he caught it before it landed on his horse.
As he turned around, he saw an army of about five hundred men come out of their hiding place. "Who are you people?" He asked.
"We are the guardian of the woods and we are here to punish you" they replied together.
"Punish me? Why? What's my offense?" Raymon questioned irritatedly.
"You've desecrated our land and you must be punished," they said simultaneously as they charged at him.

Alyssa sat quietly on the chair, she was muttering some prayers for Raymon's safety. She suddenly felt an eerie feeling around her, she knew something out of the ordinary was around her somewhere. She went to the basement and got an old hockey stick she came across while searching the house.
"I have to protect myself, at least till when Raymon gets back," she said to herself. "Please stay safe for me, Raymon". She heard a loud knock on the door.
"Open up, Alyssa. We know you're in there" a man's voice said. Alyssa held the hockey stick tightly, as she saw the door shake violently.
"Boss, the door won't open and Alyssa doesn't want to come out. What do we do?" One of the goons said.
"Light the house on fire, " the boss said and immediately his goons started pouring gasoline around the house and finally set it ablaze.
The smoke of the fire choked Alyssa as she repeatedly coughed and gasped for air. She tightly held her chest as she dropped the hockey stick she was holding. She fell on her knees and held onto the doorknob as she silently whispered "Help me, Raymon".
