It's been three days since I talked to the goddesses Altair and Astrid. Their words continue to echo in the chambers of my mind, carrying the weight of a world-altering prophecy. The air around me seems to vibrate with an unspoken energy, a current of fate that refuses to be ignored.
The goddesses of destiny and fate revealed to me that in two hundred years, a prophecy that has set my thoughts ablaze, a prophecy that could reshape the very fabric of our existence. One which baffled me and left me on edge, i could barely think and my mind was raging with all possibilities.
But as I contemplate the words of Altair and Astrid, doubts claw at the edges of my resolve. The council, the collective governing body of our realm's diverse races, may not take kindly to such revelations. The goddesses' insights could disrupt the fragile balance that has allowed our realm to persist for countless ages.
The days have passed without further communication from Altair and Astrid. Anxiety gnaws at me. I know the council's stance on secrecy, but the weight of this knowledge is too great to bear alone. I must tell them, despite the risks.
Today, I decided to face the council. I mounted my horse, my thoughts racing as rapidly as the hooves against the ground. The Grand Building loomed ahead, its majestic architecture a testament to the power wielded by its occupants.
Entering the building, I paid no heed to the guards' who tried to stop me and the workers warnings. My mind was consumed by the urgency of my mission. Bursting into the grand hall, my breath ragged and heart pounding, I interrupted a court session discussing the heinous use of humans for sacrifice in Welberdy. The council members turned their attention to me, their expressions ranging from surprise to irritation.
The council consisted of three individuals, each representing their respective races and their unique abilities. There was a human male, his eyes wide with fascination at my sudden entrance. A female Fairy who stood for the Creatures, her wings shimmering with ethereal light, regarded me with a mixture of curiosity and wariness. And a male Wizard, his eyes hidden behind an intricate mask, emanated an air of mystique.
Ignoring the formalities, I blurted out the goddesses' prophecy, my voice quivering with a mix of trepidation and determination. "Two hundred years from now, a human child shall be born. They will possess unmatched power, destined to reshape our world through destruction, rebirth, and dominion."
Silence fell upon the hall like a heavy veil. The human council member leaned forward, his excitement evident. "This is a remarkable revelation! A turning point in our history!"
The Fairy's expression shifted to concern. "But what are the consequences of such a prophecy? Could it lead to chaos and catastrophe?"
The Wizard's masked gaze bore into me, his voice a low rumble. "You dare bring such volatile information before us without considering the consequences?"
Regret and fear churned within me as I realized the magnitude of my actions. The council members exchanged glances, their deliberations unfolding in tense silence. Then, like a storm breaking, their emotions exploded.
"Foolish!" the Wizard roared, his staff crackling with arcane energy. "You have endangered me with your impulsive disclosure!"
The Fairy's voice trembled with anger. "The balance we have maintained could be shattered by this revelation. Our world is not prepared for such upheaval!"
The human council member, however, wore a grin that bordered on madness. "This is the opportunity we've been waiting for! A chance to transcend limitations and become masters of our fate!"
A surge of power welled up within me, a gift from the five goddesses who had chosen me as their messenger. Their magic, combined with my own abilities, would be my defense against the council's fury.
"I will not apologize for seeking truth," I declared, my voice resolute. "The goddesses' words carry weight and significance. We cannot ignore the path they have shown us."
The Wizard's eyes blazed with anger, his staff unleashing arcs of lightning. "Then prepare to face the consequences of your actions! Guards sizes this peasant and have him executed."
The guards move near and I quickly drew upon the magic granted to me and engaged in a desperate battle of spells and wills. My determination burned fiercely as I sought to protect the truth I had uncovered. The hall crackled with energy, and the council's expressions shifted from anger to shock as they realized the depths of my power.
With a final surge of magic, I created a barrier that shielded me from their attacks. My heart pounded, and sweat beaded on my brow as I knew I could not stay here any longer. I had to reach my sister and leave this place before the council's fury could be unleashed in full.
I sprinted from the grand hall, my horse waiting outside. Mounting quickly, I urged the horse into a gallop, the wind whipping past me as I left the Grand Building behind, arrow flying past me. My thoughts raced as urgently as my horse, driven by the realization that the truth I carried could reshape our world-or plunge it into chaos.
As I rode toward the fields where my sister was sure to be, I couldn't shake the feeling that I had set events into motion that would forever alter the fate of our realm. The goddesses' prophecy had ignited a spark, and now it was up to me to ensure that it ignited a path toward a better future, rather than a destructive one.
The past cannot be undone, and the echoes of that fateful day continue to reverberate through my mind. What lies ahead is uncertain, but I will face it with determination and the magic granted unto me.
The fate of our world hangs in the balance, and I must ensure that the road of the one destined for destruction is guided by wisdom, compassion, and the light of truth.
