Ichi entered Danzo's office, with Karin following her behind.
"Danzo-sama, the experiment was successful."
Danzo was startled as he heard it. And then he looked at Karin.
Who was looking at Ichi like a fanatic, blushing and all.
"Red, transform."
Karin transformed on Ichi's command, and even copying her style.
She became covered in a red bodysuit, with golden spider-symbol.
Danzo grinned as he saw the transformation.
Finally, he will also be able to get a symbiote, and copy all kinds of abilities, and become Hokage!
"But-"
"But?"
"I am connected to Red. As if I have complete control over Red's mind."
As she said, she demonstrated it by taking control of Karin, and performing all sorts of taijutsu that she was capable of.
Then, she gave up control.
"It's like a hive mind. I am the Queen of Hive Mind, so I will have complete control over all the symbiotes that I create."
Danzo frowned at that.
He didn't want to be under anyone's control. Sure, he can use Kotoamatsukami on Ichi, but that may take out her seer ability.
"Tell me how you created this symbiote."
As Ichi repeated everything, his mind raced with shock.
Essentially, she bred herself for achieving his goals.
'I guess my education is exceptional even without the cursed tongue seal, genjutsu and drugs.'
He praised his brainwashing skills.
"Danzo-sama, my real body has captured Hinata. My Wood Symbiote Clone will pretend to be her for a while.
I will need another month to try to create a symbiote."
"Alright. For now, start working on trying to create symbiotes without Hive Mind. I will send you another batch of test subjects and some of my best scientists."
"Yes Danzo-sama."
Danzo went and patted Ichi's head, and then, applied the Tongue Cursed Seal on Karin.
"You chose Red for her name huh? That's good.
Continue working hard. When I become the Hokage, I will make you the ANBU Commander."
"Yes Danzo-sama! I will not disappoint you!"
"I am leaving you incharge of Red. You two will be training together under me from now on. You are dismissed."
Ichi and her assistant, Karin, or Red, left.
After they left, Danzo started making plans of the future.
He was almost tempted to use Kotoamatsukami, but the prospect of Tenseigan kept the desire under control.
Danzo is patient. He has waited almost 40 years for becoming Hokage. He isn't going to mess things up if he can wait for some more years.
Still, he went to the bathroom and started trying to create his own genetic material for future use, so that the symbiote will adapt to him.
Sadly, he has been utterly single all his life. Just making some intense faces wouldn't lead it to coming out.
So, he reluctantly ordered his ninja to bring him Jiraiya's book.
It still didn't help.
After trying various methods, he went to his doctor who has implanted his Hashirama-Sharingan arm on him. Meaning, his most trusted doctor in ROOT.
The news that he got shocked him.
"Danzo-sama, it's probably due to age."
"Non-sense! I have seen Hiruzen peeking at women through his crystal ball."
It seems Hiruzen's actions have been spied on by Danzo.
The doctor hesitated.
"There are two possibilities..."
"Why are you hesitating? I won't kill you for speaking the truth."
"It's either because you are impotent... or gay-"
Danzo slit his most trusted doctor's throat, not being able to control his anger.
Still, Danzo is never going to hesitate in anything after loosing the Hokage position just because of a little hesitation.
So, he tested both things.
In the end, he had to conclude that an operation will be better to retrieve his genetic material.
