"Elvira, wake up," Wivior's euphonious voice entered her head as something shook her. She rubbed her eyes together. After a dreamless sleep, her brain was still sluggish. Why was he waking her up when she had barely slept?
"We need to leave now," he said. There was urgency and fear in his tone. Elvira sat up, covering her breasts with a blanket. His eyes were bulging out, and his face had beads of sweat. Something dreadful had happened. Was it Agror's men?
"What happened?" she asked.
A loud bang came from the door. "Come outside, and don't you dare try to portal out of here! We'll follow you wherever you go," a fierce masculine voice came from the other side.
She froze in place. It was Agror's men for sure.
"Get dressed right now. My power is barricading the door, so don't worry. Just make haste," said Wivior.
