Wivior appeared from behind the armed, courageous yet dripping with sweat humans. Mrs. Harris's person-finding skills were impressive. Humans weren't as cowardly and useless as Elvira was made to believe.
"That's her!" Mrs. Harris pointed a finger at Leona. She shoved Wivior inside and shut the door immediately, not wasting any time to shield herself and her nephew from any harm.
The energy in the room was unsettling. Wivior cleared his throat. He put his arms behind him and advanced toward them tentatively. "So, is this your sister, Leona?"
Elvira turned to her sister, who looked frozen and as still as a statue. "Yes. It's her. And Leona, he is Wivior."
"Lovely to finally meet you. Elvira has spoken so much about you," said Wivior, extending a friendly hand.
Many things twitched in Leona's face. Her protruding eyes could neither blink nor stop looking at Wivior. It was as if his presence was doing something bizarre to her nervous system.
