Opal sits down next to Noam and Louise. She picks up the sex doll that she had given to Noam for the time being. The special thing about the doll is that it is an artificial intelligence bot, it is a very old robot from the year 2422. It was among the most talked about bots then. It was a dozen in one robot, you could ask for the facial features, shape, size, and skin tone, they were personal assistant, cleaning maids and butlers, your lover and everything useful; surprisingly she looked very clean for a robot her age.
Opal presses a button that is located on the chest. The AI bot comes on as Opal places a blanket over her two new partners.
"I am Oshun bot." said the robot. "I am ready for your command master –"
"Please, no more introductory." Opal cuts it off. "Remind me what I called you the last time I put you to sleep."
"You called me Deedee."
"When you are asleep you record, right? I got your program to do so, right?"
"Yes."
"Let me hear them while activating motion sensors and luggage mode. I need you to carry something for me."
Deedee does as she is told. Opal gets a large basket to carry clothes, stationery, and some snakes. After that, she brings out more baskets and boxes. As she is packing some things up she sees her pet sloth still asleep on its artificial tree that Opal made up in her aired store room, strong and steady the tree is. She picks it up and places it on her chest putting the limbs around her body as she pets its head.
Just as Opal was about to finish packing up Deedee alerts her that there is danger close by. Opal tells Deedee to show her what it is. Just as Deedee uses her camera to see where the danger is coming from, Opal knows it is danger.
She wakes the two men up and tells them to get up and run with her.

A LITTLE EXPLANATION:
Opal lives in an underground society that is mostly called a slum to those who know about them. It was once a large civilization once called Donrath before it was colonised by another kingdom, now it goes by the name Kititon. Donrath was sent underground while the Kititon Empire grew and advanced in technology in their homeland.
Opal works at a bar serving alcohol and spicy food to customers. She is a wanted criminal in the empire. One thing about her is that her real physical form is hidden behind a costume make-up. Her real identity is not known by many but just her friends and a few of her siblings who know about her whereabouts and what she does for a living.
Buttercup is the name of her friend. She works as a prostitute for a living. They met a long time ago after Opal was found by Buttercup on a beach. Buttercup and Opal decided to find a way out of the slums to a better place to live.
Kititon has a rule about witches. No witch is allowed anywhere close to the city or the capital. This rule came to be due to an unforeseen incident that had happened a long time ago. A coven of witches had cursed an important place of the kingdom when they once served in the royal imperial army many years ago. The reason remains unknown but it is said that it was because of a heated argument between a normal, a mani-mal, and a person gifted from birth. During the fight, the witches had caused more damage than good, while the mani-mals were said to have been the source of the problem that is another reason why it is rare to find anyone of them in society in Kititon and not just local citizens but as struggling individuals of society. They were also the cause for the difficult exams that were placed before entering for knight-ship. As for the Sages, they are there to identify a witch from everyone else.
When it comes to having superpowers, only the wealthy and the powerful people of Kititon are expected to have multiple superpowers. If by any chance a low-class person has a gift they will be used for only the benefit of the empire but if they are of a really poor class family they will be considered to be witches or meet a witch to give them power. A child who is a mix of the high, low or poor class is hardly cared for and is more of an object than anyone else.
While Opal is preparing to go for knight-ship she goes online in the dark web to get someone to be a love partner. The person was to be like that of a house husband to her. It was a human trafficking site. Noam was the only person she could afford due to the bad rating on him. When he was delivered to her by the pimp she could tell that Noam looked distressed and in pain. When he was financially alone with her he was ready to lay with her but Opal stopped him. She refuses to sleep with him until she knows him well enough to make love to him.
Gaius is a half-brother to Opal. He was a warrior during the post-war for their country. He was part of a rebellion that was against the way the war was coming to an end. If not for their rescue team in the rebellion he wouldn't have made it alive. Vlad is her twin. He two was part of Gaius's team but after the end of the war, he became different. He doesn't stay with Opal for good reasons but their love as twins will always be there.
Louie was a knight who was Opal's Royal Half-brother's right-hand man. He is a man-mal, a cat man. He is a very loyal man to Opal's brother and does whatever her brother tells him to do. Why he even became her partner is because her brother told him to. He was told to love Opal the way her brother did, not to let any harm come her way and to bear children with her. At first, Louie thought it was outlandish at first but he remembered he made a promise to do whatever Opal's brother told him to do. These happened after Opal's brother was assassinated by Azzurra.
Azzurra is the empress of the Kititon Empire. Opal knows Azzurra but Azzurra does not know who Opal is. They are sisters but from a different mother. Azzurra sometimes lets her power be abused and especially lets the prime ministers do whatever they want just like the incident carried out by them and Azzurra 'did not know' of such an act. The only thing that Azzurra wanted was for her to rule a simple empire, to get rid of Donrath completely and get most of the people to get accommodation on the mainland and those that were unable to get a house are on their own. Opal knew Azzurra would have a hand in it because of their history.
