In a dimly lit alley, Ot Yan and Yun Lee held a secret conversation. Ot Yan's expression was serious as he questioned Yun Lee about his plans regarding the impending battle.
"Brother Lee, what's your plan? Are you joining them for the battle?" Ot Yan asked.
Yun Lee responded with a solemn expression. "There is nothing I can do, and we were warned to carry out the order in secret, so I guess I'll have to participate in the war."
Ot Yan nodded understandingly and sighed, appearing exasperated by the circumstances. "I understand. I think I will have to go inside Heaven City secretly. I don't know if I will ever come back, but I must warn you to be careful of Sister Luan and Brother Khan. They can do anything to achieve their selfish goals."
He gave Yun Lee some words of encouragement and brotherly support. They hugged each other and then parted ways, each with their own mission.

Inside Heaven City, most of the civilians had been evacuated, leaving only the soldiers. The soldiers were divided into two groups: those on watch and those who were resting.
In one section of the city, a group of minor leaders of the army was engaged in conversation with Deputy General Xu Feng. They were suddenly approached by someone, and upon seeing his identity, they jumped to attention, giving a military salute.
"Greetings, General!" they exclaimed enthusiastically.
"Greetings, General!" echoed the rest of the soldiers.
The person who had entered was none other than Prince Don Jian. He smiled and motioned for them to relax, then addressed the gathering.
"I greet you, great warriors and future leaders of the Heavenly Don Empire. With great anticipation, I want to announce something to all of you," he began.
Don Jian shared his intention to share responsibilities among capable individuals within the military, as he acknowledged that he could not single-handedly manage all aspects of the army and the settlements.
"First of all, I'll implore you all not to let down your guards now, as this is the moment we have all been waiting for, also I want to share my duties with some worthy individuals, as you all know it is obvious that I am only one person and I can't be in charge of everything, honestly I must commend our fathers, especially past generals who held the position for their strength, because me myself have tried it and I know inside me it ain't easy, so I choose to divide the labour."
The soldiers were taken aback by this announcement, and they looked at Don Jian with confusion. Don Jian explained that he could not handle the full burden himself.
He went on to appoint his elder sister, Princess Don Meng, as General Don Meng in charge of the medics. Deputy General Xu Feng became General Xu Feng in charge of the cavalry regiment. Deputy General Don Hao was promoted to General Don Hao and placed in command of the archer regiment. And Prince Don Jie was appointed General Don Jie, overseeing information and logistics.
The news left the soldiers and minor leaders shocked, and they looked to Don Jian for an explanation. Don Meng, was shocked as she looked at her only brother, Don Meng though wearing a veil, could not hide her shock and anger, as she asked.
"General Jian, what is the meaning of this, in history archives it has always only been one general leading the army and the settlements, do you wish to break a traditional system from ancient times, do you know the repercussions, whosoever disrepects the ancients won't live to die at the matured and normal age of 60, but will die at 15, are you sure you want to do this."
Deputy General Xu Feng, while pleased with his promotion, was slightly annoyed, wondering why this was happening at the end of the war. He had been hoping for this opportunity earlier.
Don Meng expressed her concerns, questioning Don Jian's decision to break from tradition, and warned of potential consequences.
All the soldiers fell to their knees, begging Don Jian to reconsider his decree. It was at that moment that Don Jie whispered something to Don Jian, who nodded.
"Great general Don Jian, please change your decree!" the soldiers pleaded.
It was then that Don Jie walked in and whispered something into the ears of Don Jian, who nodded then turned to the soldiers again.
Don Jian acknowledged their loyalty but explained that he wasn't breaking ancient traditions and that he still worked alongside them.
"I acknowledge that it's unusual," Don Jian replied, "but I think regarding ancient traditions, nobody here can be more conversant with them than I. I'm also still working alongside you. Just that I took a step back to become the Master of all our settlements in the ancestral zone, making our settlements a Dynasty."
Don Jie and Don Jian walked out, heading towards a particular building at the entrance of Heaven City.

In a pavilion within the building at the entrance of Heaven City, Prince Ot Yan stood with a coffee in hand, admiring the paintings adorning the room. Four elite soldiers of the Don's Royal Family Unicorns Guard stood at the room's corners, the Unicorn guards are loyal subordinates of only the Don Family and the Person they are tasked to guide
