They don't need to tell Jone and Alice what their punishment is, because they already knew it, Alice was now blaming herself for bringing out the surveillance crystal. Prices of things have purposely gone down in this city because of the military academy that was located there. Everything had gone down to make things easier for the students, to make them buy what they wants at ease, although the academy is providing everything they needed for them but not all of their wish can be met by the academy. And this small market was provided just to make things a bit easier for them, because there will be some things that the students will need but the academy can't provide, and everything that a student might need is located at the market in the city.
Like weapon now, the highest level of weapon the academy can provide for a first-year student is the level 2, but they knew many will want higher level weapon and there had been a specific price placed on each level of item and equipment in the city for students, a level 1 weapon can be sold for ten coins or higher in other places while it's just three to five coins here for students only and a rule was given for any increased in price for students; but seeing that Timi and his group were first year students and they wouldn't know about the rule, the man increased the price and he didn't even know they'll have the coin or beast core to pay for it.
Now seeing the commanders who had placed the rules watch what he did to the students, he knew he couldn't escape the punishment and he had accepted his fate, but he hoped that after the commanders saw that he was saying the truth, they would at least compensate him for his lost even if he was to be punished.
"I think we don't need to tell you your punishment for this." Shaw said as the scene had moved to the main event.
Entering the shop was the mysterious black boy; and as the commanders looked at him very well, they don't think he's someone they have seen before, not even among the second-year and third-year student. Although they don't really stay in the school compound or interact with the students but if this person is one of their students, he would surely standout according to his skin color. But commander Hood was having another thought running through his mind.
'I'm sure of it, the look on that boy face is the one of revenge.' He thought, after watching every detail of the event, how Alice ran after the boy because she was suspicious of him and how the core had turn to rock. The rock had been giving to the commanders when he first came to report the matter.
They were all looking at each other in silence as they took their time to take everything in.
"So, it's true after all." Commander Hood said breaking the silence with a smile on his face.
"Yes, I guess." The old man replied.
"So, what should we do now, we've search everywhere but we couldn't find the culprit nor the core." One of the other two commanders said who goes by the name of Pron, he's a fairly large man with long bears and fat tummy, he's in his middle age.
"I think we've got what we needed. The culprit is right under our feet." Commander Hood said with a large devilish smirk plastered across his face.
"Huh? What do you mean?" Commander Shaw asked with his eyebrow raised and the other commanders did the same, even Alice and her father had raised their head as they were wondering how this man had figure out who the culprit his.

A few minutes later, two students could be seen entering the room, a boy and a girl with a sergeant behind them and as they were given gesture to move towards the wall, the door opened and two more students could be seen entering, a boy and a girl.
Every one of them had a worried look on their face and they were all wondering why the commanders will call them, they all thought it might have something to do with their assessment but they were wondering why Gary wasn't here, and Timi was now having a different thought.
'Don't tell me; did they found out? no it can't be, I think they only suspect us.' He thought.
"You guys might be wondering what business we have with you people." Commander Shaw said. The commanders don't deal with the school problem, they only give orders and implement rules when need be. All of the issue concerning the school will be dealt with by the head generals, that's why other students were also surprised when they heard that the commander want to see Timi and Temmy.
"We have a little problem in the city, and after running our investigation we've came to suspect you four, so you only need to answer a few question in front of us commanders, to clear our suspicious." Commander Shaw said.
'Damn, I knew it; what do I do now. I left no traces, so I should be fine, it's only a suspicious, they have no evidence. Crap, I don't even know if it's related to what I did yesterday.' Timi thought as he calm his nerves down. The other three, instead of being nervous, they were busy cracking their brain, trying to think of any possible crime they've committed to make the commanders suspicious of them.
"I'll want you all to calm down and answer our question without pressure; you can see, we are all humans and not some mindless beast, so don't be pressurized." The old man said and Commander Shaw started asking his question.
He started by asking if they stepped out of the academy yesterday to either sell their beast core or to get weapon, and they replied by saying; "Yes, we exchanged our beast core for weapon." Then he asked what they did after getting their weapon and where were they after their lunch. "We're in the Martial art club training together." The hours they used to train was asked and they also asked what they did after their training, which they answer that it was already sunset after their training, and they went to each of their room.
Diana was the one who took the role of answering question, and as Commander Shaw was throwing his questions at her, two of the other commanders were keeping an eye on the other three students if there's any weird reaction from them, but there was none.
"Okay, I think you've answered us to the best of your knowledge; but there's one more question I need to ask; is there any student who trained with you yesterday? Or anybody who was in the training room with you." Commander Shaw asked.
"There were many students from different classes in the room yesterday, but the student who trained with us is Gary Kirk, from the weapon class." Diana answered.
Picking up a communicating crystal under the round table, Commander Shaw activated it.
"Fetch a first year student named Gary Kirk from the weapon class, now." He said into the crystal.
A few minutes later, a red headed boy could boy be seen walking into the room, as he stepped in, everybody in the room could hear his heart beating faster and sweat could be seen down his face.
Gary was nervous, and everyone could see it.
"This person is a failure; he can't be your witness." One of the Commanders said.
Picking up the communicating crystal, Commander Shaw speak into it again, and in less than ten minutes, five students could be seen in the room with them. They were all nervous, but not as much as that of Gary, who his hand was full of salty water.
"So, all five of you trained in the martial arts training yesterday, after lunch." Commander Shaw said and they all answered. "Okay, do any of you happen to sight these four people yesterday in the same room."
The five students looked around a few times and could see the four students leaning against the wall not far away from them.
"Yes, they really trained hard yesterday, we even spectated the duels they had with each other." One tall boy said and others nodded in agreement.
"Hm, this trash was busy sleeping while others were training." A girl said from behind the group, pointing at Timi.
'This idiot, does that really matter.' Timi thought as he does as if he didn't hear the girl at all.
"You can all go." Commander Hood who had been observing the whole event said, as he stood up. The students could feel something itchy on their body as he said those words and they have quickly moved out of the room, except Timi and his group.
"Huh sir, can we also go." Diana asked.
"I don't think we have any question to ask again, we might call you later." Commander Shaw said.
"There's one more thing we need to do before you people go." Commander Hood said as he brought out his own communicating crystal and activated it.
