The mage had transport them back to the abandoned building where the teachers and sergeants where staying and after checking their body and seeing that they were Alright, they were asked to stay in another room in the abandoned building, their assessment had finished for the day, the rank H students who hadn't killed any beast were busy crying like a baby while the other ten students had kept their twenty crystal happily, Teri was given a storage crystal to keep the wolf and its core.
Sunny had explained everything to the others and they didn't complain or say anything as to why he would give him the core.
The other students were still busy hunting and roaming around the forest.
Blake and his group had just encountered a horde of bug beasts, the beasts dived down towards them with a great speed.
Jake readied his curve sword and held it tightly with his two hands as he saw Blake moving forward.
"Isn't this a blessing in disguise." Blake said with a smile as he moves forward, the air around him was moving, it was moving so wildly that the weaker trees around the area were breaking.
Now the other students understood why Blake was so calm and kept looking at the bugs because they've forgotten that he possessed a wind magic but they were wondering, will it be enough to take care of this bugs? Will he be not exhausted of mana energy? Because they have seen him done this before and when he did it he collapsed on the floor immediately after the attack was made.
He charged forward at a great speed and forming out of his hands was a condensed black twin chain with each edge bladed and hovering above his head were hundred or so swords, he swung the chain upward and the swords also move towards the bugs, they were unable to dodge the attack as the swords were coming at them from all angle, some of them had even turn back to run away and only to be pierce by the sword.
As he swung the chain once, it had eliminated almost fifty of the bugs and the swords were dealing with the remaining ones, he was now thinking of something back to the duel he had with Idan where Timi had intervene.
'One swing of this thing was able to eliminate almost half of these beasts and that weak boy called Timi survive it, he didn't die from hit of the wind chain.' He thought as he couldn't get it off his mind, 'I'm starting to wonder if that boy is even a human and that strange thing that happened to me after the attack that made me felt weak and collapsed on the floor, I knew it might have something to do him because I'm not feeling weak now.' He thought as he looks at the dead beasts on the ground.
The hundred or so beasts were nothing now but lifeless body, he looks at his friends giving them a gesture to extract the core as he stopped the attack.
"This is truly a blessing in disguise." Jake said as he stared at the dead beasts.

In the eastern part of the city where second set was hunting, Timi and his group had separated themselves from the other students as they want to hunt differently.
They haven't gone a great distance away from them and after about seven minutes' walk, they encountered a group of ten dog-like miniature beasts, they stop their advance as they saw the beasts moving towards them.

"These people are bloodthirsty." Timi said as he looks around and could see that Idan, Diana and Temmy had charge forward, not wanting to be left behind he also charge forward and Gary had also done the same.
In less than a minute they have killed the ten beasts without anybody getting hurt although Gary was unable to kill any one as the beast he fought proved difficult for him and Timi who was protecting him had killed it for him.
"Let's extract the core." Temmy said, before they could bend down to extract it, they heard a large growl from behind.
"What's that." Diana asked, coming out of the same location the hounds had come from were two of the same creature they had just killed but a bit bigger and larger than the ones they killed now, Timi was the first to charge forward as he dropped the two blades to the side.

This was what Timi saw before he charged forward and Idan also followed him behind, throwing out a fist towards the beast head, it moved slightly to avoid the blow but it had hit it straight on the neck and there was a visible large hole on the beast's neck before falling lifelessly to the ground.
Idan had also gotten to the second one and swinging his large sword with his two hands towards the beast, it had hit beast side leaving a black mark there but they were all surprised as Idan's sword had snapped.
"Huh, that's really not a level one beast." Temmy said as she charged forward with her chain but before she gets there Idan had already used his fist killing it the same way Timi had done.
"They're both level 2 beasts." Idan said as he extracted the beast core and the one Timi had killed.
"Hey, why are you smiling." Diana asked Timi who had been motionless and smiling to himself since he killed the beast.

Timi was looking at this with a large smile plastered on his face.
'So I can raise my mana points from killing higher beasts, but this is too low.' He thought to himself as he already figured out a plan for himself.
"These beasts are weak including the level two." Timi said as he heard Diana's word.
"Then we should use it to our advantage and kill as much as level one beasts as we can." Diana suggested.
"We already gathered enough beast core." Timi replied.
"Are you saying we should go back and not hunt anymore, we've not even gathered up to hundred beast core, do you think other students wouldn't have killed more than hundred?" Diana said.
"I didn't say we should go back, I mean let's move to the next level and hunt for level two beasts, they're all weak, isn't that right Idan?" Timi said and Idan also confirm it that the beasts are weak.
"So you suggest that we should hunt for level 2 beasts." Diana asked.
"Yeah." Timi replied.
"That's crazy what if we encounter level above 2." Temmy asked.
"You think we can't deal them?, even this level two got killed from a punch." Idan said as he placed the body of the two beasts in the bag that was given to them, it's an elasticity bag so it can contain up to ten body of beasts inside with many core.
"Hey you aren't fighting so you'll keep this safe." Idan said as he dropped all the bags with him for Gary, he had been carrying it since their adventure started.
They started walking deeper into the forest and on their way they have encountered many level 1 beasts of different types, worm like beasts, turtle like beasts and many of them, they are currently fighting a horde of bug beast not up to fifty.
"Why did they always move in group." Timi asked as he sliced one of them in half, he was getting frustrated as they couldn't stop encountering horde of level 1 beasts.
"Because they're low level." Temmy said. Gary was also fighting and doing well, he was getting protection from his team mate, he just keeps attacking while Timi and others were protecting him as they were fighting.
Idan was using one of the blades Diana gave Timi.
After some minutes they have killed all the bugs and gathered the core, looking at the beast core in the bag they smile as they currently have one hundred and thirty-five level one beast core in their possession.
"Let's continue moving forward we'll soon see level two beasts." Timi said as he was using his skill to trace any energy bigger than the ones they've been fighting but he hadn't seen any.
They keep going deeper into the forest and as they got to a particular region, it was completely different from the others as they could see different tall trees, tower like trees and other trees besides them, they stop as they look back at where they were coming from so they wouldn't miss the road.
This particular place was a strange one, the tower like trees spread their leafy branches across the layers of the land protecting it from sunlight and rain, the dwarf trees were the leafiest ones and they were condensed creating a passage and main road for people and beast to walk in.
Gary was already nervous as he was imagining the type of creature living under those condensed leaf.
"Shouldn't we go back from here?" Gary asked and as he said those words, three black frightening monkey flew downward from the tower like trees running towards the group.
"This is it, they're level 2 beasts." Timi said as he analyzed their body feature and his system had also confirmed it, "Idan, are you ready?" He asked as he fling the sword in his hand to the side and charge forward, Idan had also done the same following him behind.
The other three didn't move as Diana and Temmy protected Gary, getting to their front, one of the monkey swung down its metal like claw towards Timi who parry it by moving to the side, then holding onto the monkey's hand, he swung it down breaking it on spot before giving it a kick in the stomach, Idan was battling with the second monkey while the third was heading towards the people at the back.
Timi seeing this ran at full speed appearing right in front of the monkey, he threw an upper cut which had landed on the monkey lower jaw breaking its head on spot, he looks back at the one he kicked before but it wasn't getting up.

'Huh, so it's dead.' He thought, Idan had also killed the last one.
"Now we have five level two beast core." Idan said as he held the three core in his hand.
"I think we should go back from here." Temmy suggested.
"Yes, we come this far and Gary is scared already." Diana said.
Timi wanted to argue because with his dragon sleuth skill he could tell that there are plenty high level beasts here but he knew he can't risk others life for his selfish reason.
"Okay let's move." Idan said and they started walking backward to where they had come from.
