Phyro saw shattered pieces of his summoned creatures falling toward the ground.
"Damn trash, if only I hadn't alerted them about the beam, I might have already defeated him," muttered Phyro in his thoughts.
But he later remembered that it was Fafnir who took action even before he warned Repra about the beam.
"With these creatures of yours, I really did struggle a lot, but that was before. Now they look like little bugs. It would be a good idea if you revealed your true form. If not..." said Fafnir as he extended his hand, directing it toward Phyro.
Facing Fafnir's hand, Phyro felt like his throat was clenched by an invisible force.
But suddenly, Repra jumped into Fafnir's body.
A few minutes earlier:
"Keen!"
A disturbing sound reverberated in Repra's head as he slowly opened his eyes.
The sound persisted even after he opened his eyes fully.
