Seeing the razor-sharp claws of Tiamat, Seraphin suddenly stopped her onward movement and leaped a little backward.
Swish!
Tiamat's sharp claws swung through the air right in front of Seraphin's eyes, missing her body by inches.
"What are you, an animal, to grow nails that long?" said Seraphin as she fell back from Tiamat. Because she and the other Ascended were built upon using human physiology as the main point, they also inherited human likenings and behavior to some extent. And Out of all the other Ascended, she was the only one who seemingly cared about those things, which could be perceived as an endearing trait by her fellow Ascended at times.
"Those are deadly," Seraphin thought, making a distance between her and Tiamat while observing the shining claws in Tiamat's hand.
"If I got cut by only one of them, it would be fatal , so i have to evade those at any cost. After all, I can't let her scratch my soft skin."
