Chapter 218 - 218 Harry Potter: Voldemort makes his move, a monster wants to kill Hermione.

Pansy was astonished, it was already crazy enough for him to act so brazenly, but mentioning the old dark lord Voldemort was a taboo act. Pansy opened her mouth a couple of times, but unable to reply, she simply remained silent. Allen shrugged and walked into his next class.

...

Hogwarts had that mystical atmosphere that always made you question if something was about to happen.

At the end of classes, Allen entered the Great Hall and noticed that Hermione was missing. Today was a stormy night, and Allen had a bad feeling.

That feeling of being watched by a snake was more alive than ever, yet he only felt it as a student. This made him think that perhaps Voldemort would attack him and not his "father."

It was something one would expect from Voldemort, the dark wizard most afraid of death that could exist. However, Allen couldn't let his guard down; his existence had caused subtle but significant changes.

Even a blind person could see that the fact that Quirrell didn't show up at Hogwarts was something caused by his entering Hogwarts as a teacher. Voldemort's obsession with immortality was such that he could even ignore his fear of Dumbledore but not of Dumbledore and Allen Walker.

It's simply suicide for anyone, which is why the dark lord took a different path.

Severus Snape...

Among all the teachers, there was one who had been prone to joining the Death Eaters even before.

A man whose resentment towards James Potter is known, a man who seems to have animosity towards Dumbledore, a man who, if he were to become a Death Eater, no one would be surprised.

Allen wasn't foolish; since he felt the change in Snape's behavior around him, he already knew this could happen.

Quirrell contacted Snape...

Although Allen didn't know what happened between them, he believed that regardless of the outcome, Snape would choose to pretend to be on Voldemort's side, as he would in the canon.

Allen turned his thoughts away from Voldemort and Snape, he decided to give priority to Hermione.

...

In one of the bathrooms, there was a pretty girl with long brown hair. Her lovely gaze was covered in tears as she tried to contain her sobs.

"You know I could get in trouble for coming here..." Allen smiled awkwardly from the top of the toilet cubicle; in his mind, he wondered why he ended up in this incriminating place.

Hermione was startled by the sudden voice, then looked up to see Allen peering with a dejected face.

The girl's expression changed from fear to amazement and ended in embarrassment.

"What are you doing here?!" Hermione exclaimed.

Allen retreated and climbed down, then sat on the sink waiting for Hermione with a resigned look.

"I didn't see you in the Great Hall, and I got worried, so here we are," Allen replied.

She peeked out, still embarrassed. "Do you know how many rules you're breaking by being in this bathroom?"

"I guess at least three," Allen shrugged; his relaxed attitude made Hermione puff up her cheeks in annoyance.

"Do what you want, but don't complain if you end up having to listen to a lecture from Professor McGonagall."

"You mean the beautiful professor?" he smiled with longing eyes. "If it's her, I wouldn't mind spending hours."

"Pervert!"

Hermione was so annoyed that she turned red. In response, Allen nodded, sighing with relief.

"At least you're not crying anymore."

"Ah..."

Hermione's eyes showed amazement as she realized Allen's objective; immediately, she blushed and hid in the bathroom.

Allen waited for a while without hearing anything more from her. So, he approached the bathroom door and leaned against it.

"What happened?"

Allen could guess what had happened, but he needed to hear it from her. However, the girl's stubbornness and pride were too high, so she refused to speak.

Allen waited patiently while silence reigned for five minutes.

"I..."

Hermione couldn't control her bad habit of correcting everyone, but the guilty party had a lot of fault on his side; Ronald Weasley wasn't known for being the nicest guy, and being corrected by her, he called her an insufferable know-it-all. Of course, Hermione was already used to this, and with Allen's earlier words, her mindset had improved.

It was a pity that it happened in public, and even Draco and his gang heard it and started laughing at Hermione, calling her a Mudblood.

Allen smiled in annoyance, thinking about teaching everyone a lesson, especially the blond and the redhead.

"Is it really that bad?"

"What?" Hermione was upset to hear that; she thought Allen would console her by saying it wasn't true.

"I mean, calling someone a know-it-all is equivalent to admitting that you're ignorant about the subject they're talking about."

Hermione was paralyzed to hear that, then thought for a moment, and perhaps being called a know-it-all wasn't an insult but a truth.

After a moment, Hermione opened the bathroom door; she still had a frown, but her mood had improved.

"Why couldn't you console me in another way?" the girl complained.

Allen patted Hermione's head. "I could hug and pamper you to improve your mood!" Allen teased. In response, Hermione slapped his hand, her pride and embarrassment colliding with each other.

Allen laughed at Hermione's attacks because despite having the power of a thousand as a witch and unlimited potential, her physical damage was that of a rabbit.

Their laughter filled the place.

Gwen – ...

MJ – Don't worry, Allen has his limits hehe.

Gwen – It's not that, but this bathroom scene... it seems familiar.

Emma Watson – The troll!

[Host, we have visitors]

Allen stopped laughing; he also remembered what happened with the troll. Quirrell attracted a troll into Hogwarts to serve as a distraction while he searched for the Philosopher's Stone.

Allen even felt that this event had been delayed more than necessary, but he didn't complain. As for the troll, it was clumsy enough to be defeated by children.

"Well, we better go back," said Allen, extending his left hand to Hermione; she smiled and took it, and both walked out into the hallway.

Out of nowhere, Allen stopped and frowned.

"What's wrong?" Hermione asked, looking confused.

"What's that?"

The wall to Allen's right shattered as a huge figure charged at him.

Allen still made the mistake of underestimating the effects of his presence; Voldemort, aware of Allen's existence, made sure the troll wouldn't be easily stopped.

This he achieved with powerful positions provided by Severus Snape. Of course, Snape didn't imagine that a couple of students would break the rules and skip dinner at the grand banquet.

It must be said that Allen's absence is not easy to ignore; that's why Snape realized that Walker's son wasn't there. A bad feeling filled Snape's chest.

He had made a mistake; he thought it wouldn't matter if he enhanced the troll with magical drugs because Allen Walker would stop it in minutes.

However, he was dealing with students.

"Is everything all right, Professor Snape?" Minerva asked when she noticed that Severus had turned paler.

"I... I need to go to the bathroom..."

At that moment, a seventh-year Slytherin student entered the Great Hall; his face seemed to have seen the devil in person, his gaze unfocused with fear.

"There's a troll, a very big and terrifying one," the boy fell to his knees, gasping for breath, "magic doesn't work..."

Dumbledore narrowed his eyes, and Snape sucked in the air; it seemed an unexpected event had occurred in their plans.

...

In one motion Allen shielded Hermione behind him and extended his right hand toward the troll.

"Protego!"

A shield appeared in front of Allen as the creature's impact cracked the floor and the ceiling.

This troll, unlike the original, was placed to distract in a school where Allen Walker existed.

Hermione screamed, and Allen gathered magic and cast "Expelliarmus" on a large scale; the disarming spell caused an impact.

The troll recoiled, marking the ground, and Allen's vision cleared. There wasn't a clumsy troll staggering as it walked.

There was a creature with muscles and veins highlighted by the pressure exerted, a face full of savagery with bloodshot eyes, and overwhelming yet uncontrolled power; this didn't seem like a troll in its normal state.

Whether through some spell, curse, or potion, this creature had been pushed to its limit.

Allen immediately drew his wand and aimed at the monster.

"Bombarda!"

The troll recoiled when hit, but due to its resilience, it suffered minimal damage.

"Confringo!"

"AAHHHHHH!!"

An explosion of fire engulfed the troll; this time, the cry of pain was evident. However, far from stopping, it charged with more force towards Allen and Hermione behind him.

"Locomotor Mortis!"

From behind Allen came Hermione's voice, which, though fearful, attempted to help. It worked; Locomotor Mortis is a spell that immobilizes the legs of the target, rendering them unable to walk or run.

However, the spell's effectiveness depends on the caster's skill; if it were Dumbledore, the troll wouldn't walk again, but being Hermione, a first-year, it only lasted a few seconds.

It was enough...

Allen calmed, concentrating his magic. At eleven years old, he was considerably weaker, but that was just in comparison to his adult self.

"Bombarda..."

The hallway collapsed as the troll was hit so hard that several of its bones, which should have been harder than iron, were shattered. Its body was sent flying, crashing through a couple of walls before coming to a halt.

Hermione's mouth hung open, she didn't recall Bombarda's effects being so powerful. No, it had something to do with who and how it was used.

She gave Allen a sidelong glance, until that moment she had thought he was quite normal compared to his father, who by now would have skipped several years. But, as the saying goes, the son of a lion cannot be a cat.

Hermione looked for a moment; she was happy with this life, grateful to Allen, but deep down, she felt bitterness because she didn't feel she could surpass him.

At the same time, she bit her lips as she felt an unpleasant emotion realizing her negative feelings for the boy who had been helping and taking care of her.

'How can you be so unpleasant!'

For a moment, Hermione hated herself until a warm hand fell on her head. She looked at the owner with confusion, and in response to her doubts, Allen smiled gently.

She felt bad because she realized that Allen had noticed her feelings and instead of blaming her, he comforted her.

Hermione took a step back, feeling unworthy of receiving so much care from him.

"I'm sorry..." she apologized without looking him in the eyes.

"You don't have to apologize; emotions are mostly uncontrollable in most cases." Allen tapped Hermione's forehead, and she looked at him with a complaint as she rubbed it. "Just promise not to stop talking to me even if I become so good it's disgusting."

Hermione sighed bitterly. "I will if you promise not to hate me for my unpleasant jealousy."

"Deal" x2

"Raahhhh!!"

Allen opened his eyes to see the troll slowly rising, its body injured all over but maintaining its wild gaze.

'You won't stop fighting until death, will you?'

Not out of choice but out of obligation; whatever they did to the troll turned it into a killing machine, like a weaker version of Doomsday.

"Hey, stupid troll, over here!" Harry shouted as he threw a rock from the right hallway.

"You big oaf, you can't catch us!" Ron taunted as he threw a stone as well.

Ron and Harry, as usual, had their flaws but appeared to help at the cost of their own lives.

Harry exchanged looks with Allen, conveying 'Take Hermione and run!'

The troll was driven only by instincts, not by reason, so it didn't mind switching targets to the pair of boys.

"We have to help them!"

Hermione held Ron in low regard, but not to let him die; besides, they had come to help them.

Allen took her by the shoulder, and she looked at him scared. He smiled.

'Don't worry...'

Harry and Ron ran a few meters, their hearts pounding as they saw how quickly the creature lunged towards them.

"Well done, young ones, power isn't everything... courage is also important!"

Allen's(Artoria) voice resonated in their ears as they looked at him standing next to them, not knowing how long he had been there.

Artoria prepared to defeat the monster; at this moment, she heard a faint call. Artoria looked at her hand, and there was a silver sword with rubies embedded in it.

"That's the Sword of Gryffindor!" Hermione exclaimed incredulously.

The Sword of Gryffindor is a significant magical artifact in the Harry Potter series. It is an ancient and powerful sword that originally belonged to Godric Gryffindor, one of the founders of Hogwarts and the founder of Gryffindor house.

The Sword of Gryffindor is known for its ability to appear to any true Gryffindor in need during times of necessity. This means that the sword can present itself to those who need it to perform acts of great bravery and nobility.

The Sword of Gryffindor is a symbol of courage, honor, and nobility, and it becomes a key element in the fight against evil during the Harry Potter series.

"Of course, if King Arthur is present, the sword would appear in her hand even if she is not a Gryffindor," murmured Allen with an ironic smile.

Artoria wielded the blade as if she had always had it in her hand, she looked at the troll.

"Pitiful creature... rest in peace..."

The troll, just steps away from crushing her, split in half, leaving her words for Harry, Ron, and Hermione.
