Chapter 357 - 357 The Boys: The Torture of makima, the death of Vought, Homelander's Last Words and Stanford Edgar's Last Words.

The demon world is quite simple: if you are weaker than another demon, you can expect a miserable death. The worst thing is that they don't actually die, so they are doomed to have it happen to them more than once. This makes demons want to escape from hell, as humans are easier to deal with.

Makima had taken advantage of Allen's kindness, knowing that he wouldn't kill her as long as she didn't cross a certain line, so she didn't. Contracts are not a deception; she offered many benefits to the queen that could only be fulfilled by a demon.

Makima thought that since it was a mutually beneficial deal, she could not be blamed. While Wednesday was making the Walker name grow through potion trading, she took the opportunity to use the Walker surname and have people accept contracts with mutual benefits.

Makima knew the time would come when Allen would fight her, no matter how careful she was, but by that time she would have enough power to face him... or that was the plan...

'This man...'

Makima looked Allen in the eyes, realizing that all her plans were useless and that Allen was fully aware of what she was planning, even before this moment. He already knew but hadn't taken any action due to his personality. Makima clenched her jaw; it wasn't pleasant to be exposed in that way.

But even if she was exposed, what made her abandon her rebellious plans was something else. She also noticed a feeling she hadn't sensed from Allen before a threat. Deep down, Allen was beginning to see her as an enemy.

'...'

Makima felt she had to concede. She had to concede... Allen had become less naive and, therefore, more dangerous to her, so she reluctantly accepted the status quo.

'Without Wednesday, it'll all be left in the hands of old man Grindelwald...'

Makima stared intently at Allen; confusion was on his face. 'He should know that without her or Wednesday, the Walker business could collapse. Yet he did not doubt chaining me here.'

Makima felt disgusted towards Allen, she could admit that he was someone to be feared in both strength and intelligence, but he still had no right to treat her as his maid.

Allen turned to Makima, who was staring at him, and he smiled. She looked away, surprised by his actions.

'I've just... damn it.'

...

In most buildings and facilities, everything ended quite easily; there were only Vought personnel like scientists and employees. However, in some facilities, especially in genetic development and experimentation laboratories, there were many armed guards and even Supes.

Makima appeared amidst a conflict between the Vought people and police officers.

She looked at her own outfit; it was humiliating, but nothing she couldn't endure.

'At first, I thought that man was just playing... but does he have this kind of fetish?...'

More than once, Allen had shown interest in dressing girls as maids.

Makima looked at her attire while bullets whizzed past her, this was not the standard maid outfit but one with a short skirt and a low neckline, something more suited for another kind of situation than for cleaning a house.

'I guess... I'll have to submit to that man for a while, waiting for my chance... it doesn't matter... male impulses are very simple...'

"WTF! Cease fire, there's a civilian!!"

A police officer noticed Makima's presence amid the shooting; the officers stopped firing, but the Vought guards did not.

In the end, a bullet flew towards Makima's head, but it stopped before touching her, suspended in mid-air.

Makima's gaze locked onto the one who had done this; she pressed her hands together, and the man was crushed as if in a hydraulic press.

As a doll, Makima's powers had increased, and she no longer needed sacrifices to do something like that.

"It's a nuisance... but it's orders from... my master..."

Makima was quite adorable in situations like this; if Allen showed any signs of weakness, she wouldn't hesitate to bite his neck, but if he didn't, she would be obedient. Makima was still predatory and would only obey and avoid bigger predators.

"She's a super!" one guard shouted before being crushed into a meat paste by Makima.

'He said to kill only if necessary... it's necessary, right?'

Makima's nature remained the same, and she was irritated; she showed no mercy.

Makima raised her finger towards the entrance of the building where several guards were taking cover behind an armored car that they had crashed at the entrance.

"Bang..."

The car, which had withstood a hail of bullets, was penetrated as if a tank bullet had fired at it.

Makima began to walk gracefully, making her look natural in her maid outfit, and she entered the Vought building slowly.

Her amber eyes glowed with danger as the guards shot at her, but chains appeared around Makima, blocking the shots. For her, receiving injuries was nothing, but she didn't want to give Allen an excuse to punish her for damaging the maid outfit.

Makima swept through the building; the guards had no chance. However, upon exiting, she encountered a surprise: all the police were dead, and seven Supers were waiting for her.

"Finally, a challenge!!!"

"What a beauty!"

"Oh shit, I want to f*** her in another way~!"

Makima did not react.

They were a colorful group, including a giant with black metallic skin resembling a different color than Ironcrest and a kind of Wolverine in a blue suit, but instead of claws, he had hammers for hands.

They were Five-oh, Silver Kincaid, Nubia, Ground Hawk, Critter, The Devine, and O'hero.

All were members of the G-Men, a parody of the X-Men.

Ground Hawk growled like a wild animal and didn't even wait for the others to speak before jumping. Makima watched, raising her finger.

"Bang..."

The faux Wolverine was annihilated, leaving only a bloodstain on the ground. It's a shame, but Ground Hawk doesn't have an Adamantium skeleton like Wolverine.

"Huh?"

The Supes, who had enjoyed killing police officers and agents in various facilities, were left in shock. Ground Hawk was wild, but he wasn't weak, not to die like this.

"Who the hell are you?!"

For them, who had never faced real villains, encountering a last boss-type character was beyond having bad luck.

Makima ignored them and communicated with Allen.

'Bas... You... Master,' she said in a somewhat softer tone but with the same usual expressionless face.

'It's strange how you have such a pretty voice despite being the embodiment of evil...'

'...'

'What's wrong?'

'I have Supes in my way; do they receive the same treatment as the guards?'

'Oh, you ask me that?~'

Makima could almost see Allen's annoyed smile at her consulting him for something like this. Makima boasted about being indifferent to everything, but there was something about Allen that made her lose her composure.

'Master, the answer...'

'Tsk, you're still not cute, Makima. Do what you have to do...'

'Understood...'

Makima ended the conversation. She had been desired and insulted using all kinds of vulgar words, but being called 'no cute" by Allen made her feel irritated.

Makima looked coldly at all of them, and they felt a chill.

One of them decided to escape; it was Critter, who was a parody of Beast, but he resembled more the Thing from the Addams Family or Chewbacca from Star Wars.

A chain pierced Chewbacca's head, preventing him from even speaking.

The other members of the G-Men felt scared. They had very bad luck... Their screams were the release of Makima's stress...

...

After dealing with Makima, Allen looked at the battlefield.

Harley immediately ran towards him; Allen opened his arms, surprising her. Allen used to allow Rebecca and Harley to do things like this, but he would usually just stand still while the girls hung on him.

Harley entered Allen's embrace, somewhat confused.

"Daddy?~"

Allen's hands held Harley's waist.

"What's wrong?"

Harley looked at Allen for a second and, not noticing anything unusual, smiled. She felt that if her affection was more reciprocated, it was fine.

"You see~, Harley behaved well~ she even fought against the imitation of Superman!~"

"Oh? That's amazing."

Harley looked like a child telling her father how her day at school went, and Allen was genuinely surprised. Harley was a "normal" girl before becoming a doll, so facing Homelander was incredible.

Allen smiled and kissed Harley on the forehead. "You did well."

"Hehe." Harley didn't expect this kind of embarrassing affection and blushed.

The people in the chat also felt strange; normally, Allen didn't act affectionately with his harem in front of the camera.

Allen didn't care; after all, he wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary.

"Rebecca..."

Allen opened his eyes upon seeing Rebecca carrying an unconscious 2B. Harley understood the situation and got down from Allen.

Allen walked towards her. "Is 2B okay?"

Rebecca smiled at seeing him well, almost with tears in her eyes. "Yes... she's okay... and you too..."

Allen stroked Rebecca's head with gratitude and trust. "Of course I'm fine; never doubt that, Rebecca."

"Yes!"

"Also, you did a great job..."

"..." Rebecca blinked before smiling, somewhat embarrassed, but proceeded to hide it by puffing out her chest. "Of course, I can do this and more!"

Allen laughed, then looked at 2B, and she teleported into his inventory where she would rest in her coffin.

"Such bad taste sending the dolls in coffins..."

Allen decided to change 2B's coffin into a bed with his molecular manipulation.

Allen leaned close to Rebecca's ear and whispered something to her that turned her completely red.

"It's a promise..." said Allen with amusement.

Rebecca nodded cutely lowering her head.

...

Allen walked towards Maeve, who was surprised but smiled at him. Their relationship wasn't as romantic or deep as with other women, so throwing herself at him wasn't something she would do, even if she felt the urge to.

"I'm glad you're okay—"

Maeve's words were cut off when Allen took her by the waist and kissed her without even asking for permission. It wasn't a passionate kiss. It was not a polite kiss but a passionate one where Allen practically took over her mouth.

After one minute Allen let her go, leaving her staggering, "Thanks for everything, Maggie."

"Ah~... yeah~... it was nothing hee hee~."

"Heh." Allen let her regain her balance and stand up. Maeve looked around, feeling embarrassed. Esdeath's gaze was one of disdain, both for Allen's boldness and for Maeve's willingness to be so easily swayed.

...

Homelander wasn't dead yet, but he couldn't move because Esdeath had frozen several of his organs.

Allen's slow steps were muffled by the grass, yet they were still audible as he approached Homelander's position.

Allen noticed Butcher, Hughie, and Kenji not far from there, surprised that Butcher hadn't delivered the final blow.

His attention shifted to the man with one arm, three holes in his chest and abdomen, and traces of ice and frost. Although Allen didn't know exactly what had happened, he could infer it.

Allen reached Homelander and smiled. "Wow, the son of America Jr. looks pretty bad..."

Homelander never learned in this reality that Soldier Boy was technically his father. If it were another moment, he might question the nickname Allen used, but now he could barely think of such things.

"You... damn it... you didn't die... what a shame."

Homelander didn't even harbor any hatred in his gaze.

"It seems Esdeath has beaten you both physically and spiritually."

Homelander's expression sharpened. "Laugh all you want, bastard... but I didn't give you the satisfaction of killing me!"

"True, your organs are no longer functional; it's only your monstrous vitality keeping you alive..."

Allen looked coldly at Homelander. No matter how miserable he appeared, Allen wasn't Mother Teresa.

"Any last words?"

"No... but I would like to know if... Stan... my father is alive?"

Allen blinked for a moment. "If he's alive, he'll spend the rest of his life in prison..."

It was a lie, but there was no reason to torture a dying man.

"Homelander, you know that if you had tried a little harder to be a hero, perhaps this wouldn't have been the outcome..."

"Heh... I don't think so; in the end, I was born broken, and I will die broken. The only way to change that would be if I weren't me..."

With those last words, Homelander's eyes dimmed in front of Allen, Butcher, and the rest of the spectators.

Allen knelt and closed Homelander's eyes. In his heart, there was no trace of pity, but that didn't stop him from showing some respect for a dead man.

Allen stood up, brushing the dust off his clothes. "Well then~... we still have Sage and Stan Edgar to deal with..."

Hughie raised his hand, holding a phone. "Allen!"

"Oh, it seems you have good news, Hughie." Allen smiled slightly, making Hughie nervous. He felt like a schoolboy raising his hand in front of a strict teacher.

"Frenchie and MM have Sage; she will be tried for terrorism, so she won't have the right to a trial."

Allen closed his eyes and tilted his body slightly to the right before regaining his posture. Every movement was fluid and natural, reflecting confidence and exerting pressure that made those less familiar with Allen break a sweat. Hughie almost felt the need to apologize just for speaking.

"That's... good news."

Hughie exhaled upon seeing Allen's satisfaction, 'It reminded me of showing bad grades to my dad in elementary school.'

"Sage is very intelligent; giving her time to think and act is a serious mistake," Allen said with a half-smile.

Allen recommended that The Boys knock her out upon seeing her. On the other hand, he also advised that they should not give her a chance to defend herself in a trial; she could learn enough knowledge in one night to become the devil's advocate.

"Lastly..." Allen's eyes reflected the sky and the drones with a faint glow in them. In an instant, all the drones in the sky were destroyed. Allen stopped looking at the sky, "Butcher, I'm leaving now..."

Butcher observed Allen for a moment. There was something different in the atmosphere surrounding him, but it wasn't enough to cause discomfort.

"Don't you have anything to say about that homunculus?" Billy asked as he pulled out a cigarette.

Allen, still smiling slightly, glanced sideways at Walter. "Interestingly, it's coincidentally Walter C. Dornez... but I don't care..."

"I see..." Butcher nodded. "I'll take care of it send my regards to Stan Edgar..."

Allen shrugged. "I'll do it if he's still alive. Kimiko isn't exactly kind to her enemies."

"..."

Allen looked at everyone. "Girls, let's go..."

The dolls disappeared, and Maeve approached Allen.

[Host, I will open a portal to Stan Edgar...]

"Don't worry... it's not necessary..."

The space in front of Allen shattered like glass.

...

Stan Edgar was bleeding out from two deep wounds made by Kimiko's claws, which were constantly spilling his blood.

Stan felt something and opened his eyes; Cate was holding Kimiko, who wanted to tear him apart.

The space tore open, and Allen appeared in the room. The fragments were spaced back into place when Allen and Maeve crossed over.

Allen immediately embraced Kimiko, who regained her consciousness. Kimiko looked up, and their eyes met. She buried her head in Allen's chest while sobbing.

Cate relaxed, almost collapsing, but Allen caught her and embraced her alongside Kimiko. Maeve noticed that Allen had grown a bit more, both in muscle and height. It was strange that she hadn't noticed it until this moment (as if he had always been like this).

Cate felt a prickling in her eyes but didn't cry; she simply hugged Allen.

"Walker... you've won..."

Allen hugged both girls comfortingly as he looked slightly at Stan Edgar. "...Edgar, I didn't expect to see you alive... I guess a sup's vitality saved you..."

"Heh... ironically, I became this... I wanted to win... as a regular human, but that was just a whim..."

Allen squinted. "To be honest, I had never put myself in a bind like that; the Omega compound almost killed me... that's your merit, Stanford Edgar."

The dying man smiled. "It's unexpected that your words make me smile... *Cough* heh."

Allen pointed with two fingers at him, and a red energy sphere appeared at his fingertips.

Stan Edgar wasn't surprised; there was no mercy for the loser. Stan almost killed Allen, but he failed. Now he must die at Allen's hands, plain and simple.

Allen snorted. "You're terrifying, Stanford Edgar... you'll never understand how close you were to killing me, but at the same time, you gave me a chance to make things better..." Allen smiled. "I appreciate it."

Stan closed his eyes with the corners of his lips turned up.

With this, the enemies in The Boys were finished...
