Chapter 333 - 333 The Boys: Allen and The Foster Women, Black Noir Scared, Soldier Boy Irritated and Mindstorm's Escape.

Electricity-related powers often create electromagnetic fields and, if skilled enough, can manipulate metal to some extent. The same goes for powers related to magnetism, which can produce electricity depending on the user.

Thus, the powers of Stormfront and Andre Anderson are highly compatible.

Allen watched his hand as the remaining electricity lingered around it. His current skills like "Dismantle", he had emulated with the skill Wind Cuts., and his simple version of "Purple," he created with the skill of Energy Compression.

Allen turned and walked away, to take Alice to her mother.

As soon as she saw Allen walking toward her, Alice's mother ran. Allen put Alice down, and she ran toward her mom.

Lord Meowington meowed from Allen's shoulder.

Alice and Eve embraced shortly after, and Alison joined them. Allen watched this, relieved to have averted a tragedy, but his mind lingered on what had happened.

"I thought there was some kind of unspoken agreement with Stan Edgar—that he wouldn't target anyone but me, and in return I would avoid destroying Vought outright..."

Stan Edgar kept his promise to a certain extent. Cate, Kimiko, and Annie could go out and visit malls, supermarkets, cinemas, and anywhere they wanted without incident. It was naive to think that someone like Stan Edgar didn't have the resources to find three well-known women who weren't even trying to hide.

Allen frowned and looked at the Vought building. The ground began to tremble, concrete and cement cracked, and people inside rushed out.

Allen's gaze remained cold as he used electromagnetic manipulation to affect the entire metal structure of the building. This level of power was something his telekinesis couldn't achieve, though that made sense since his telekinesis was at a very low level, not to mention Cindy and even Kenji had more powerful telekinesis.

Slowly, the building started to collapse with continuous thunderous noises, but from about thirty meters away (98 ft), Allen had already created a shield for Alice and her family.

Allen raised his hand and crushed the building, creating a mini earthquake. If this wasn't enough to send a message to Stan Edgar, Sage, or whoever orchestrated this, Allen would go to Vought's tower and do the same.

...

Eve and Alison sat on a sofa in their mansion, while Allen did the same with Alice on his lap, who was playing with Timcampy.

"Mr. Walker..." Alison said, though hesitantly.

"You can call me Allen; I'm not picky about titles and honorifics."

"I... I'm not sure."

At Alison's hesitation, Eve spoke up. She was somewhat cautious around Allen, but not overly so. Regardless of what the news said, he had saved her baby. She had seen the kind of person Allen was while he held Alice.

"Allen, first of all, thank you so much for saving Alice." said the woman with a beautiful smile.

"Eve?... there's no need to thank me, as this was largely due to my naivety."

Allen proceeded to tell them how he met little Alice. The two women grew angry when they heard Allen rescue her from falling out of a tree.

Alice hid her face in Allen's stomach, which made everyone laugh, visibly relaxing the atmosphere.

Alison was surprised that Allen wasn't the scary type as portrayed in the news.

Allen smiled at her as he noticed her staring intently, Alison averted her gaze while adjusting her glasses.

The conversation continued as Allen explained everything that happened with Vought. The women were incredulous. Vought had been the epitome of integrity for its role in supporting and nurturing superheroes, but secretly, they were ruthless monsters.

The women might doubt Allen's words, but seeing his expression—free of guile, malice, and falsehood. It was impossible to believe he was lying. It also helped that Vought showed them no mercy when they sought help.

"My God..." Eve held her head. She and her husband had donated to various charities under Vought, including "Samaritan Embrace."

Alison clenched her fists. It was painful to hear the truth. They had run into the lion's den. Allen comforted them, assuring they wouldn't have to worry about anything.

Eve smiled softly, "Thank you so much, I know you must be very busy, yet you still take time for ordinary people like us..."

Allen opened his eyes, puzzled—ordinary people? Allen had never thought of it that way, regardless of how strong he was or the powers he had, he never treated anyone as lesser, nor did he even consider it, though he knew many people might see him as a monster or something different.

Eve's eyes, seasoned with over a decade of dealing with all types of wolves, foxes, and rats in business, lit up, and she laughed sincerely.

Alice and Alison looked at her in amazement; it had been a while since they had seen her smile like that.

Allen coughed and looked away, the woman was unaware of her charm, but Allen had a rule about not getting involved with married women.

Alice didn't know this, and it's unclear whether she was aware, but she grabbed Allen's clothes and made him look at her.

"Brother, don't you think my mom is very beautiful?"

The innocent words of little Alice froze everyone. Allen coughed while Eve blushed, Alison's glasses fogged up with embarrassment.

Allen quickly regained his composure and smiled, "She is indeed beautiful; it's no wonder Alice is so cute~"

Eve was embarrassed but not too embarrassed and secretly thanked Allen for not making the situation more awkward.

Gwen – Damn, that was slick!

Felicia – Allen, you're so smooth~

MJ – I can't believe he got out of such an awkward situation so easily!

Diana – Must be the experience, hehe

Natasha – My Allen is such a veteran~

Emma Frost – I don't even feel like bothering.

Artoria – Finding a subtle way to compliment a woman while dodging the awkward situation.

Harley – Daddy, you made me drool~

Rebecca – Shit, I can't even get jealous, hahaha

2B – What a great skill... master... I have already recorded it in my memory...

...

(A/N: 2B is growing in more than one way 🗿🍷)

...

The sighs of admiration and frustration that Allen was so good at handling awkward situations left the entire chat in shock. Allen tried to ignore the Chat, especially 2B's comment that sounded like a threat.

Allen planned to stay only a bit longer but ended up spending the entire day at Alice's house. In a curious situation, Allen discovered Alice's full name.

Alice R. Foster, her mother's name was Eve J. Foster, and her aunt was Alison M. Foster. Allen raised an eyebrow, noting that Eve and her daughter shared the last name with Alison.

Eve quickly explained that she didn't take her husband's surname because it was a long-standing tradition in the Foster family for women to also inherit the surname except in special circumstances.

Alison secretly worried as she saw her sister so happy and enthusiastic about serving Allen, not that she minded seeing her sister smile like that after many years, but ultimately, she was a married woman.

Alison pulled her sister into an empty room.

"Eve, what are you doing?"

"What am I doing?"

"Look, sister, you have an apron on and are practically feeding him from your mouth!"

"Alison, you're exaggerating, and Allen is our savior."

Alison sighed. "Tell me, when was the last time you cooked now, Alex? No, tell me, when was the last time you cooked?!"

Eve was embarrassed as it had been almost five years; she initially stopped due to workloads and then simply lost interest in cooking, not to mention her husband had stood her up because of mysterious "business dinners".

"I... won't say anything, sister, but I don't like things halfway. If there's no solution with you and Alex, end your marriage before doing something that makes me lose respect for you..."

Eve was shocked by her younger sister's severity, yet she also noticed a hint of jealousy.

"Alison, are you alright?"

"Of course I am!"

Alison clenched her fists, hiding any trace of bitterness, even though she was younger and childless, she never fantasized that she could outshine her sister. This inferiority complex had been with her all her life.

Allen was a direct strike to Alison's tastes and almost any woman's, but she didn't try to do anything.

...

Allen said goodbye as Alice clung to him; for a moment, it looked like Eve wanted to ask him to stay, but it would be inappropriate, so she didn't say anything. Allen winked at Alison, she blushed and her heart skipped a beat.

"I trust your ability to take care of them Lord Meowington."

"Meow *Meow with confidence*."

Allen returned to his apartment, not before making sure the three were safe. He also thought about speaking with Alice's father, but he never showed up.

Allen didn't know what kind of job that man had, but his family had gone through a crisis, and he remained in the dark.

"I'll make sure not to make the same mistake in the future."

[Host, I'm glad to hear that you won't prioritize work over your family because if I am sure of one thing, your family will not be small.]

"*cough* of course."

...

(The next day)

Damascus is a city with a thousand-year history, one of the oldest inhabited cities in the world with over 4000 years of history. Damascus has witnessed various civilizations and was even declared a World Heritage site. However, the ravages of war have devastated this city.

Inside a significantly deteriorated building, two people discussed trivial matters.

"Do you like this t-shirt?"

"Yes, it looks good; it makes you look more imposing!"

Naqib was their super terrorist who had achieved assimilation of Compound V without side effects. He had taken command of his organization and now planned to paint himself as a sort of chosen one, as the Supes of Vought did. Unfortunately for him, he was just a disposable resource used to boost Vought's good image.

In the darkness of the night, a shadow crossed the streets of Damascus until it reached Naqib's building. There were armed guards outside; one grabbed his own throat when someone cut it, and the other man, terrified, pointed his gun in several directions, but to his misfortune, was grabbed from behind by Black Noir, who then shoved his hand in the man's mouth before grotesquely splitting it open like a Jigsaw trap.

This Black Noir was the first Black Noir; he remained in the shadows as Stan Edgar's assassin, while the Homelander clone took his place.

Once the clone died, he resumed his role among the Seven, and since Black Noir had never shown his face or did not speak either, it wasn't difficult for him to be replaced.

...

"Who are you?!"

Black Noir reached Naqib, who turned and used his powers, causing the entire building to explode.

Black Noir's flesh burned, but he remained unflinching, staring down Naqib, who was terrified...

Black Noir emerged from the building with Naqib's head in his hand. But his mind was on the interview, which reminded him of a past he wanted to forget and a man he did not want to remember.

Soldier Boy...

Beside him appeared a cartoon black sheep...

"Don't worry, he's dead... he'll never come back, just do what we always do, and everything will be alright."

The words of the black sheep helped Noir calm down, and he smiled slightly beneath his mask.

...

(A/N: Come to think of it, Soldier Boy and Black Noir never met because he was killed by Homelander... there could have been a good story there, too bad. 🗿🍷)

...

"Let's go, babe!"

Soldier Boy grunted as he pushed a sixty-year-old woman from behind.

Just then, Sam entered with a bag and averted his gaze.

"What's up, you got the beer?" asked Soldier Boy as if he wasn't engaged in an intimate act with an older woman.

"Come on, honey, it's my turn next~," said another older woman who was naked on the bed.

"Easy, I've got enough for both," Soldier Boy looked at Sam, who seemed very uncomfortable with the situation, "Don't tell me you're one of those?..."

Sam frowned and spoke up, "I just... find it distasteful that you do it... in front of me..."

"Listen, kid; women are like wine; the older, the sweeter,r though drier..."

"Just have your beer..."

Soldier Boy left the bed and walked towards Sam, still naked, snatching the beers. There were several brands that Soldier Boy would taste to decide which was best.

Soldier Boy opened a beer and drank, "By the way, when will Edgar give me the first bastard?"

Sam shrugged, "I don't know..."

Soldier Boy started to get irritated; he had made a deal with Stan Edgar in exchange for all the members of Payback, he would kill Allen Walker, But Stan Edgar refused to let him face him yet and also denied him information from Payback or Allen.

"Is that guy cheating me?!" Soldier Boy grabbed Sam by the clothes.

"..."

Sam grabbed Soldier Boy's wrist with similar strength, which made the man smile.

"Kid, you like homemade chocolate?"

Sam's eyes widened at Soldier Boy's strange question. Without letting him respond, Soldier Boy turned around and went back to the bed. He loved women who were retired porn stars because they could keep up with Soldier Boy's pace.

Sam felt disgusted and decided to leave.

"By the way, kid, we need more drugs..."

Sam turned to look at Soldier Boy, who was watching him with a smile.

Sam couldn't believe the kind of vulgar bastard he was dealing with, having someone like Stan Edgar keep a man like that was unthinkable, yet Soldier Boy's strength was real, and his power to eliminate abilities was terrifying.

...

Elsewhere, Butcher drove through the streets with Hughie by his side.

"Damn it!"

Butcher cursed as he skidded, and, upon reaching the special prison where they locked up Supes, got out of his car and ran with Hughie following.

In front of a containment cell were MM and Frenchie, both looking at the huge hole on a half-meter (1.6 ft) thick wall.

Someone had taken Mindstorm, the telepath with the strongest telepathy who had tried to kill Allen before. Mindstorm was a member of Payback, like Black Noir, and had also betrayed Soldier Boy.

Butcher and Hughie arrived but it was too late. Butcher cursed; Mindstorm's ability was very dangerous as it could even control people.

He insisted that the CIA let Allen take that ability away, but they refused, out of stupid caution.

"Now we've got a brainwashing bastard on the loose!"

"Calm down Butcher, that guy has a big weakness," Mallory said, arriving calmly from one side.

Butcher grunted but remembered that Mindstorm had a key weakness; his power had grown and now forced him to constantly read others' thoughts, which was manageable with a few people. But near the city, it became impossible for him to live without descending into madness.

Hughie nodded, "So he's likely gone to a forest?"

Frenchie shook his head, looking at the massive hole in the wall.

"Sorry, petit Hughie, but that old telepath, I doubt he escaped on his own."

The group fell silent, feeling uneasy about who or what might want a telepath of Mindstorm's caliber. Whatever it was, it couldn't be good.

===

A/N: Poor Sam took Hughie's place and had to endure watching Soldier Boy drink sixty-year-old wine Lol
