Chapter 318 - 318 The Boys: Super Terrorist, a Monster Who Created Vought, and The Seven vs The Boys.

You never know when you might need a refuge or a discreet place. That's why, from the world of HP, Allen decided to scout out suitable locations whenever he arrived in a new world. This was something the girls would handle from time to time.

Allen drove up to a fairly old building where he found three gangsters at the entrance.

Rebecca – This building is a debt trap and was repossessed by a bank. It'll be a safe place until it's auctioned off in six months.

'Thanks, Rebecca...'

Allen looked at Alice, who was petting Lord Meowington.

"Alice, I need to go talk to those young men..."

"Hm... they seem like the kind of people my mom tells me to stay away from."

"No, no, they're the building's security guards, just disguised..."

"Oh, like spies?!" Alice's eyes began to sparkle. "I want to meet the spies!"

Allen could refuse and break Alice's heart, but he only smiled and got out of the car. He walked towards the gangsters slowly, alerting them. One of them showed a gun at his waist as a warning, which was quite considerate of him, not to draw it immediately.

"What the hell are you doing here, pretty boy?!"

"Gentlemen," Allen pulled out a Neuralyzer and used it on the gangsters. They lost all signs of hostility and stood still, waiting for orders. "From this moment on, you are undercover spies who are kind to little girls."

The Neuralyzer is a tool frequently used by the Men in Black. Among its effects, it allows you to alter and erase memories, leaving those affected by its light in a state of trance or hypnosis. It was one of the first items Allen obtained, and although its uses were limited, it was always useful. Of course, Allen can use fragments to reuse an object with limited uses. Unfortunately, powerful individuals are capable of resisting its effects.

...

The three aligned mysteriously, and Alice smiled and ran towards them.

"Oh, they're spies?!" Alice began to jump with excitement.

One of them stepped forward, under Alice's expectant gaze.

"In the name of the Father, the Son... get out of here, demon!!"

"That's an exorcist!" Allen replied.

"Leave it to me, Mr. Walker," the second spy stepped forward under Alice's watch. He clasped his hands and began making strange signs.

"Ninpou: Weed art!"

Allen appeared and struck him in the stomach. "What are you teaching a little girl?!"

The third stepped forward. "Amateur fools, you don't know how to be quality spies..."

The last "spy" had his cap backward, but for his performance, he put it forward to cover his face and then began to dance and sing.

"She was more like a beauty queen from a movie scene

I said, "Don't mind, but what do you mean I am the one

Who will dance on the floor in the round?"

She said I am the one, who will dance on the floor in the round"

"Stop it already! If you didn't know how to be spies from the start, don't try it!"

"Hahaha, these guys are funny."

Alice and Chat seemed to enjoy the gangsters' attempts at being spies, so Allen saw this as a dishonorable victory.

Allen left the trio of idiots and went to his trunk. When he opened it, he saw Kenji unconscious. "Now that I think about it, my power only prevented you from using yours; it didn't protect you from the blows in the trunk."

...

[Clothes are a little tight 🍷🗿]

...

Allen entered the building with Kenji, Alice, and Lord Meowington. The place looked terrible.

"Alice, you really should go home..."

"No... I want to interrogate the bad guy like on TV."

"I'm not going to interrogate him... it's more of an intervention."

...

Kenji woke up with a headache in a damp, empty room with signs of wear on the walls. There was a window letting in sunlight, indicating that not much time had passed since he lost consciousness.

Allen entered, and Kenji remained silent. His composure was admirable; despite his situation and slim chances of escape, he maintained his calm, without excessive anger, a desire to kill, or madness. Still, intense hatred burned beneath his deep gaze.

"Kenji Miyashiro..."

"…!"

As expected, Kenji was surprised that his captor knew his last name. This caused doubt, confusion, and fear to appear in Kenji's eyes. Was he going to die without even achieving a small revenge?

"To be someone who came with the intention of not coming back, you still have fear in your eyes."

Kenji's sharp gaze turned ugly.

"I'm not mocking you, don't be offended. I'm just stating a fact: dying is painful and terrifying. That's a fact. You might act tough right now, but when your arms are broken, you'll scream or even cry."

"F**k you!"

"Well, you're finally responding. That's something."

Kenji was frustrated because his opponent's Japanese was so good it sounded native, which made his blood boil as he understood every emotion behind the words.

"Everyone... everyone must pay..." Kenji murmured with hatred in his eyes.

He belonged to a village with Kimiko. One day, they raided his village and took many people, including his sister, injecting them with Compound V. Only Kimiko survived.

Someone thought Kenji, being the younger brother, might endure it. The pain of receiving Compound V as an adult is comparable to being tortured constantly, which is why many developmental issues.

"I understand your hatred, but you're channeling it incorrectly... ordinary people are not to blame for what some evil-suited individuals did to you, Kimiko, and your entire village."

"SHUT UP! DON'T PRETEND YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED!! YOU KNOW NOTHING!! I WAS THERE!! I HEARD EVERYONE'S SCREAMS!! I HEARD HOW THEY WERE MURDERED!! THEY WERE MONSTERS!!!"

Allen sighed. "How hypocritical you are, Kenji. You planned to kill the congresswoman, destroy the building with everyone inside, and escape. What if the flying man found you?"

"..."

"Would you escape while destroying as much as you could, and when you couldn't do it anymore, would you kill yourself? Is that your plan?"

"That..."

"That would kill many powerless people in the face of your power. They would scream and run... from you."

Kenji turned pale. "That's not what would happen..."

Allen grabbed Kenji's face and made him look at him forcefully.

"Kenji Miyashiro... you were about to become someone like the one you're trying to kill."

"NO NO NO NO! I'M NOT LIKE THEM! I'M JUST SEEKING REVENGE! I WAS TAKEN FROM MY HOME AND TURNED INTO A MONSTER! THEY TOOK MY SISTER!! THEY KILLED MY GRANDMOTHER!!"

"Kimiko is alive..."

"Huh?"

"It seems you didn't know, but yes, she's alive and well..."

"You're lying!"

Allen pulled out his phone and showed photos of Kimiko—one of her trying to cook, another of her in a trance in front of the TV. Kenji's demeanor completely changed, and he became calm again.

"Wait, show me the previous photo again..."

That photo wasn't taken by Allen but by Kimiko, who had taken a selfie with her smiling and Allen in the background on the couch, looking confused.

Kenji lowered his gaze and then looked at Allen.

"Now you are more willing to listen to me, brother-in-law? heh"

"..."

...

Sewers are an unpleasant, dark, damp, and smelly place, but they had to endure it this time.

Madelyn covered her child with a blanket as they moved forward. MM urged everyone to hurry.

Frenchie suddenly stopped. "Did you hear that?"

Everyone listened but then looked at him in confusion. Charlotte approached and placed her hand on Frenchie's arm. He shook his head, convincing himself it was nothing.

...

Frenchie's concerns were valid. Sam, whose identity in this world was Silver Boy, suddenly stopped and looked in another direction.

"Is something wrong?"

Maeve looked at him, puzzled. She knew the boy named Sam was very quiet and almost expressionless, but his power made him quite intimidating.

Without saying a word, Sam took another tunnel, leaving Maeve and Stormfront, who were following behind, confused.

"Without Homelander here, everyone does as they please, doesn't he, Your Majesty?" Stormfront mocked, then looked in different directions. "Seems fine to me. I'll go this way..."

Stormfront had no interest in following anyone and took the first opportunity to go a different route. Maeve observed the pair but didn't care. She had known for a long time that they were not friends, not a team, and didn't even like each other much. It was only the collective fear of Homelander that made them work together.

'This gives me an advantage. I need to find them before they do.'

Maeve, of course, intended to help The Boys. It wasn't that Allen had asked her to, but she had been exchanging messages with him lately, which allowed her to learn more about their situation.

(Flashback)

Allen wasn't going to blindly trust Maeve. So before relying on her, he had 2B keep her under surveillance for a day to see if he could trust the impression she gave or if it was just an illusion.

2B fulfilled its mission with honors.

Allen found that everything was fine; Maeve had a sincere heart when contacting him. So, for a couple of days now, Allen and Maeve had been exchanging messages, with Maeve being the more proactive one, starting most of the conversations. The day before, she had initiated five conversations within the same hour.

– Allen, I'll help your friends escape if I see them before the others do –

– Don't worry, haha, you make me feel like I'm seducing you just to use you for my benefit Haha

– ...

– It's not like that; I'm doing this on my own initiative, Allen :)

With that, Maeve ended the conversation and looked at her watch. It was already midnight. Each day, their conversations had been getting longer. She went to take a shower before going to bed.

Maeve got out of the shower and looked at the display case with a few bottles of whiskey, bourbon, wine, and tequila. However, compared to previous days, there were only a few bottles in the large display case that could easily hold a hundred.

Maeve smiled slightly with a trace of pride, having successfully ignored any tempting thoughts.

Maeve looked out her window. The pleasure provided by alcohol was merely an illusion and had ruined all her relationships. Of course, the reason she fell into alcoholism was Homelander. Her fear of that man drove her to seek refuge in drinking. However, she no longer feared him, having experienced the lowest points in her life and not wanting to lose anything more.

(End of flashback)

...

MM pulled out a barely functioning GPS. "Alright, we'll exit through that way. It leads to the avenue, and we'll be two blocks away from the CIA meeting point."

Frenchie heard something again. This time, he couldn't ignore it and stopped, pressing his ear against the wall. Maybe it was the underground?

Allen had told them it was unlikely they would develop abilities beyond super strength and super resilience, but that didn't mean it was impossible.

Charlotte was the first to notice Frenchie's actions and stopped. MM was about to speak to him when the wall was shattered by Sam crashing through it.

He grabbed Frenchie by the neck and lifted him.

"Urgh... Not... you again!"

"Frenchie!"

"Serge!"

MM ran toward Sam to attack him, but Sam hit him as soon as he got close. MM crashed into the ceiling, breaking through the concrete, and then fell into the sewer water.

Hughie assessed the situation and called out to Charlotte as he ran toward Sam. "I'll help Frenchie. Take Madelyn!"

Charlotte didn't want to, but staying here would be a mistake, so she turned to grab Madelyn's hand and started running.

Hughie grabbed Sam's arm that was holding Frenchie, but Sam didn't seem affected by Hughie's strength. Frenchie began turning blue as Sam's hand threatened to break his neck.

"Ahhhh!!"

MM got up and charged at Sam. This time, he managed to bring Sam down, and everyone fell into the water. Hughie got up, only to see MM flying into a wall. Frenchie used his bat to hit Sam, but Sam deflected it with his arm and kicked Frenchie.

Hughie pulled out a knife and attacked Sam. Sam didn't take much notice of him, as though he also had super strength, he didn't know how to fight. However, Hughie managed to stab Sam's shoulder, causing him pain. His knife was also made of Adamantium.

Sam elbowed Hughie, sending him flying, then grabbed the knife from his shoulder. At that moment, a silver chain wrapped around him. Sam immediately recognized it, but the pain in his shoulder prevented him from reacting, and he was bound by the chains.

Frenchie reached into his pocket and pulled out a card with the image of his adamantium bat, this image became the baseball bat in question. Frenchie, with blood coming from his mouth, attacked Sam with all his strength, and this time, the blow had an effect.

"What are you doing, Hughie?! Attack!"

MM's shouts jolted Hughie from his daze. Allen had told them that the pair of brothers had devices that enhanced their abilities.

Hughie felt one of his ribs was broken. It was absurd that despite his resistance, Sam managed to hurt him, and he wasn't even giving his best.

Hughie ran and punched Sam alongside Frenchie while MM held him with the chains. They needed to knock him out or at least weaken him.

...

Charlotte ran through the tunnels but veered off when she heard footsteps ahead. She was terrified. Was this the end?

Madelyn covered her baby but then handed him to Charlotte. "Take him!. They want me!"

Charlotte hated to believe that Madelyn Stillwell was willing to sacrifice herself. Charlotte couldn't decide, and unfortunately, that moment of doubt cost them their escape.

Slowly, a shadow appeared, and it was a beautiful woman dressed as a warrior, Queen Maeve.

She looked at the two women and sighed. "You girls are lucky I found you first."

Madelyn and Charlotte looked at each other.

Madelyn, with years of experience dealing with old business foxes, quickly understood.

"Maeve, are you with us?"

Maeve frowned in disgust. "Madelyn, I hate you and find you disgusting. I'm not on your side but on 'his' side, so don't get confused."

"'He'?" A mocking voice appeared—it was Stormfront's. "Oh, Your Majesty~ tell us whom you're referring to with 'him'. Of course, it must be our Homelander. It would be unrealistic for it to be anyone else, right?"

Maeve bit her lip. Of all the times, the electric bitch had to show up now.

"What's going on? Tell me who you're referring to," Stormfront said with mockery while recording a video.

However, Stormfront's smile disappeared just as a beautiful smile appeared on Maeve's face.

"You must be Stormfront. I've heard of you, but you're worse than I imagined..."

Stormfront looked back slowly and met Allen's gaze, which had a hint of coldness.

"I don't usually hit women, but... you're a superhero, so it would be insulting not to."

"You—"

Stormfront's words were cut off as she was struck by a powerful blow. After a flash of light, she crashed into the wall, broke through it, and fell into another tunnel, landing on the ground like a sack of rice.

Madelyn, Charlotte, and even Maeve were stunned to see how easily Allen had taken down Stormfront.
