Chapter 199 - 199 Marvel Zombies: A senseless fight?!

A/N: (This chapter is confusing I know but the next one will make everything clear :3)

"Hey, what kind of savior is this?" Hank Pym's eyes widened as Allen's cold gaze remained fixed on him.

Beside Allen, the headless Celestial began to fall backward, while Allen floated down slowly.

"Tony," Allen's voice made Iron Man tense. In all the time Tony had known him, he had seen Allen wield tremendous power, but never had he felt anything close to fear. This time was different.

There was no goodness or warmth, no peace or security. For the first time, Allen didn't seem like Allen.

"Tony..." Allen spoke in a lower tone. "Tony, why is that *thing* still alive?"

Allen's voice managed to pierce through the rotten heart of Hank Pym, awakening something in him that he thought was lost when he became a zombie.

It was fear...

...

"What?!"

Tony's voice sounded confused for a moment before he realized what Allen was referring to.

Hank Pym was, of course, a very dangerous zombie with a terrifying intellect. Tony did not doubt that someday he might develop something that would allow him to escape this world and infect others.

Tony knew how dangerous Hank was. He understood that he should "kill" him. In fact, he was about to do it, and technically, he was already dead as a zombie.

So whether it was Tony, Thor, Hulk, Rebecca who was in a building, Wednesday who was still in his shadow, or even the Chat, no one would say that Zombie Hank deserved to live.

...

Once Allen landed on the ground in front of Hank, the zombie, who had not stopped talking until now, could not speak a word.

Allen looked around, ruined buildings, burning cars, debris, and most of all, motionless corpses.

Colonel America had his upper body crushed, Luke Cage was split in half with a hole in his face, and Tony was incinerated while his armor still sparked.

Reed Richards had multiple holes all over his body, and his hands were charred. There was a nearly completely melted skeleton with claws on its knuckles, it was Wolverine again. The logic was lost once infected, did his regeneration factor stop working?

There were many heroes, villains, and anti-heroes, every person in the world who wore a costume was on the ground in an image that many spectators couldn't bear to see. Once, all these people had their stories, whether good or bad. Whether heroic, ambitious, vengeful, redemptive, or even journeys of evil, it no longer mattered, they were all dead this time for real.

Finally, some zombies were still moving. Allen pointed at one of the zombies.

"Hakai..."

The zombie looked at Allen, not understanding what had happened, then disintegrated.

"Hakai.... hakai... hakai... hakai..."

One by one, the survivors were destroyed into nothingness. Allen wondered if he should destroy the corpses as well to prevent further spread and avoid the cliché of some government scientist trying to figure out what the hunger is and beginning to investigate it.

"Allen!"

Allen turned his gaze to Tony, who had removed his helmet and was holding him by the shoulder.

"What?" asked Allen expressionlessly.

"You... what's wrong with you? You haven't been answering for a while!"

Seeing Tony's concerned look, Allen apologized and explained his doubts about whether this would end the zombies.

"I don't know... but it's something we can think about calmly," Tony replied, feeling uneasy. All of Allen's actions were correct, it's not something he hadn't thought of, finishing off the still-living zombies is fine, but there was something about Allen's way of acting that kept bothering everyone.

Most of all, there's a very important detail: for a while now, Allen hasn't paid attention to the Chat. While Allen often ignores comments when he doesn't have time to read them, this time it seems like he's purposefully ignoring the existence of the Chat.

The comments of everyone, especially the girls, were filled with concern, but Allen had turned a deaf ear to them.

===

Diana – Allen?!

Gwen – Allen, what happened?

MJ – You are not like that...

Natasha – My Allen should not have to go through this...

Ruby – What's going on?

Rogue – Allen is acting weird

Hestia – I have a bad feeling

Artemisa (Amazon) – Please Allen answer us!

Nikky – I don't want that...

Aphrodite – Darling it hurts me to see you like this 💔

Despite everyone's words, questions, and concerns, Allen being unaffected, remained calm and heedless of the comments but it seemed more that he had forgotten their existence.

Allen shook his head and looked at Hank Pym, who was the last and the most dangerous.

"Who are you?" Hank asked, narrowing his eyes. "You're different, even when Sentry arrived and we did not know of him, his presence didn't feel out of place...."

"..." Allen ignored his words and walked toward him.

"What are you, why do I feel so disconnected from you?" Hank felt the need to escape; his instincts screamed at him to do so. The hunger virus also incited him, but Pym's mind worked overtime, and yet it was impossible to come up with an explanation for this discomfort.

"..."

Allen didn't respond; he simply pointed his finger at Hank's head.

"I guess this is acceptable too," were Hank's last words before closing his eyes. He didn't ask for forgiveness, show remorse, or beg for his life; he understood that it would all be futile. Allen had no intention of letting him go.

Hank sighed, remembering his years of research, his life, his wife, his parents, and all his friends. At that moment, he realized he felt nothing. "It seems like my heart rotted along with my flesh... sorry, Jannet."

Allen's fingertip lit up. "Cursed Technique, Unlimited paradox... Whit-"

Allen blinked and frowned. "What are you doing, Tony?"

...

Hank Pym opened his eyes to see a situation that made no logical sense. Allen was still pointing at him, but Tony had grabbed his arm.

"I... I'm not good with these things, you know," Tony stammered.

Allen withdrew the cursed energy and looked at Tony, puzzled and waiting for an explanation for his interruption.

"Tony, I know you're very selfish, but letting this zombie live is very dangerous..."

"I know!" Tony was ashamed of his actions but couldn't express his words properly.

"Allen Walker," Thor stepped forward, holding his hammers. "Are you Allen Walker?"

"Why do you ask that, son of Odin?" Allen replied, raising his gaze slightly at Thor's defensive pose.

"I... I owe you a lot for what you did..."

Contrary to his words, Thor tightened his grip on his hammers as the sky turned black with storm clouds. Thor's face looked very uncomfortable as he did this, but he didn't stop his actions.

"Wait, wait! This is getting out of control!" Tony intervened between them. "You, son of Odin, stop!... Allen, listen and look at yourself in a mirror, your gaze is terrifying."

Allen was annoyed to hear that and pushed Tony away, shoving him a dozen feet. "Sorry for not being able to keep a cool attitude after seeing this world..." said Allen bitterly

Tony was about to say something but stopped himself. Thor did the same.

Allen looked at them suspiciously and shook his head. "This world doesn't do anyone good; let's end this and leave this place."

Allen looked back at Hank, unexpectedly, the zombie did not attempt to escape, he simply watched the events with a faint smile.

Allen's face changed as anger became visible with a furrowed brow, a clenched jaw, and a penetrating gaze.

"What are you laughing at?"

As he finished his words, a hole appeared in Hank's chest. Allen asked again, and Hank Pym's other arm disappeared.

"Hehehe..."

"I said, what are you laughing at?!" Allen shouted as the ground began to tremble from the power of his ki. Allen formed a sphere of energy, ready to destroy this bastard.

...

What happened next would be etched in the hearts of all.

Allen stood in front of a smiling Hank Pym, his gaze said it all, he was going to kill him. Allen had no intention of listening to any speeches from Hank, so he simply pointed at him once more with his left hand.

Time slowed down as Hank Pym's sinister smile widened. Allen opened his eyes as a massive green fist covered in gamma energy was about to strike him from the right.

"Hulk smash!"

The punch swept through the ruins, sending debris flying and toppling several buildings.

"What are you doing, Hulk?" Allen had a darkened look as he held back the fist capable of destroying the world with his right palm just an inch from his face.

Hulk growled, and in his mind, Bruce Banner was also screaming at him for his actions.

Hulk seemed uncomfortable and annoyed, full of anger, but strangely, this anger wasn't directed toward anyone else but himself. That didn't stop his muscles from growing as he prepared to attack Allen once more.

Allen bent the arm that was pointing at Hank and elbowed Hulk in the abdomen. The emerald giant felt pain as he doubled over, lowering his face to Allen's level.

Allen looked into Hulk's face, searching for control, manipulation, any external force that might be controlling him, but there was none...

[Sorry... nothing and no one is controlling Hulk... in fact, despite his anger, he remains conscious, so he hasn't lost his mind either]

Allen sighed and gave Hulk a tired look. The emerald giant saw the pain of betrayal in his friend's eyes and almost lost his will to fight, but he immediately recovered. Allen, on the other hand, couldn't understand Hulk's actions and previously, Tony's actions; it seemed like they weren't capable.

Allen changed his stance, facing Hulk. He clenched his fist, leaned forward, and withdrew his fist. Allen punched Hulk's face, breaking several bones, including his jaw.

Hulk shot out.

After finishing, Allen returned his attention to Hank Pym, who had his mouth open in a smile.

The cloudy sky roared, and a massive amount of lightning struck, accompanying Thor's figure. Allen observed this.

"Ahhh!"

The god of thunder shouted as he put aside all his doubts and simply focused on attacking Allen.

Allen appeared in the sky and grabbed Thor's face with his right hand and lightly punched him in the chest with his left, but this was enough to make him spit blood.

"Son of Odin..."

Allen threw Thor, sending him flying out of New York. Allen sighed again as he was surrounded by twenty drones, ignoring the drones; Allen looked at Tony before these small drones created an energy cage around Allen.

Allen put ki together in two fingers and shot, but unexpectedly, it rebounded off the cage. Allen used his fist and immediately broke the cage. Then he appeared behind Tony.

Several lights lit up on Iron Man's armor, and he expelled an energy wave in all directions.

This should have sent anyone back, but not Allen, who remained in place. He then grabbed Tony by the shoulder and tore off his helmet.

"Are you ready to stop?" Allen asked, still without hostility in his voice. Regardless of what led them to this situation, it's impossible for Allen to hate them.

"I... Tony was about to speak, but instead, energy gathered in his chest as the armor transformed into a cannon in the chest. "Unilaser..."

Allen received a point-blank repulsor blast, emerging from the smoke unscathed.

Hulk appeared above him, and in response, Allen used his palm to strike Hulk's chest. After stunning him, he kicked him in the side, breaking several ribs. Allen didn't stop; he almost instantly struck Hulk's body three times, destroying several organs.

Thor descended from the sky and struck with both hammers, but Allen stopped them with his palms, then headbutted Thor, snatched both Mjolnirs and threw one to Tony and the other to Hulk. The hammers struck them both and sent them crashing into the distance. After that, he kicked the god, making him vomit blood.

Silence returned, the power difference was too much.

This was a fight no one wanted...
