They stood slightly before the metallic door, their backs cloaked in boundless darkness while their sides were illuminated by a radiant white light.
Each of the pairs of eyes trembled as they fixated on the blue screen before them, anxiously witnessing the events unfurling just above, mere steps from their dwelling. The torrent of emotions surged through them as they watched their kin being cleaved as though they were naught but paper before the merciless blades of Zeta defied description.
