To the west of Harbinger City lie Sortara and Turasva, respectively. Their family farm sleeps in Rasbara Town, situated in Turasva. In fact, it rests just between Turasva and the pearl of Rehtolar, Neaire.

Rasbara, a small, nice, and cozy place, possessed the typical traits of any village, where residents could discern a stranger from a local at just one glance. However, there was also a distinctive feature, inherent to its location.
The smell of moist water mingled with the sounds of seagulls and the sight of fishes of all kinds laid out in hoards at tiny street stalls, a scene incomparable to the larger markets of cities. This was what distinguished Rasbara, a town so intimately connected to the sea that it was almost a seaside town.
