(A/N: for those who are wondering why Arc's support was cut off then you could say that the Counter Force doesn't trust her anymore as she sided with the most dangerous creature in the entire Nasuverse right now. It is determined that she is to be killed for that action of hers)

=Town of Misaki. Abandoned School Building=
-3rd POV*
Arcueid stood up from the rubbles where she was blasted into. She checked her body and was relieved that it was not damaged. She then turned towards Roa who was laughing maniacally at the top of the school. 'Don't tell me..' she thought of the worse and it seemed like Roa noticed her expression, "I love your expression! That's right, the Counter Force has given me its support!" Roa shouted.
That news made Arcueid baffled, she could not understand the thoughts of Alaya and Gaia who gave permission to that. "That's impossible! You are clearly a threat to the world and humankind! They won't give you the privilege to gain such powers!" Arcueid refused to accept the decision of the two Primordial beings.
"You may deny it but it won't change anything! It was mentioned that your friend is more of a threat to the world than I am! It is your fault for choosing a bad companion to be with!" Roa scoffed at Arcueid unaware that the friend he is mentioning is in fact here with them. Lawrence is just smiling throughout the whole interaction of the two, amused of it.
The progress certainly deviated from the original however it was more amusing this way, it would be disappointing if Roa immediately die without putting any resistance. "I'll stop you this instance Roa!" Arcueid shouted as she transformed. Any human characteristics from before were replaced by one befitting of a title monster.
Her smooth hair became muffled, the once calm eyes turned ferocious you can only see within animals. Arcueid's aura visibly changed as the tranquil atmosphere turned havoc from how violent it became, anything that come in contact with her aura will either be destroyed or pulverize into bits. The normal fingers has turned into deadly armament that can cut through any metals.
This transformation was gladly appreciated by Roa. He reminisced about the scene of Arcueid rampaging killing all of her brethren after drinking a portion of Roa's blood, just remembering it made Roa shiver in delight. "As expected, that form is still marvelous as ever! Unfortunately that accursed sister of yours cut off your beautiful hair, it would have been outstanding" Roa cursed Altrouge under his breath.
Roa understood that he can't perfectly complete the thing he was working before so he put 100% of his focus into atleast completing it even if it is flawed. The whole school building lit up making Arcueid wary of it, anything that is a work of Roa is already equivalent to a nuclear danger in Arcueid's mind. That is why she is cautious to what this light do.
"Roa! Don't try to use cheap tricks! It won't work here" Arcueid shouted dashing to the building where Roa stood. She swiped her claw towards the building intending to end what Roa constructed on it. Her swipe has some power dwelling on it so the strong building was quickly turned into rubbles by Arcueid's attack.
It was far too strong for the building to take. Arcueid looked at Roa smugly thinking that she already destroyed some of his plans, sadly she was greeted by the same sneer on Roa's. "Foolish as always. Nay, that is also your strong point" Roa shook his head before flicking his finger. The whole building suddenly started constructing itself again voiding Arcueid's effort to null.
"Huh?" Shiki tilted his head at the scene, what is the purpose of the building for Roa to reconstruct it again? It must be fairly important. With the Nanaya techniques he obtained from regaining his memories, Shiki was quick on his feet arriving at the blind spot where Roa and Arcueid could not see him.
Taking a deep breath, Shiki took off his glasses and placed it under his pocket, it was a special memento from his Sensei so losing it is not a choice. He then opened the extraordinary ability that made him above normal people, his eyes shone as the usual shade was shrouded by a new deep blue one. Inside the blue eyes were rainbows dancing around as if rejoicing.
After activating the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, his viewpoint of the whole world changed entirely. Everything now has lines embedded on them, whether the stone on the floor, the grass, the metals, and even the two monsters fighting above the school. All of them were littered with lines that represented their death.
Shiki winced a little from the overwhelming information he gained from this action. Analyzing the literal end of things is not something the brain could handle hence resulting to Shiki's frequent migraine. This did not stop Shiki as he gazed at the building in front of him, though he regretted doing that because his eyes was showered by thousands of lines.
"Kuuh! What is this…?" he muttered in disbelief not understanding how could there be thousands of lines when there was only a single building. Realizing that he didn't properly checked it, Shiki took another look. This time he finally comprehended the reason for the absurd amount, it was not because the building has a lot of lives, but rather there are thousands of magic circuits placed on it!
If one wish to destroy the building then they would need to take the trouble of cutting all thousands of Death Lines. This is not something Shiki could handle as his brain would have been fried at that point, he has no choice but to back down and just inform the others about his investigations. Shiki's feet blurred as he reappeared beside Lawrence.
"Uhh.. Mr. Ranvil? I think we have a big problem here" Shiki scratched his head not knowing what to call Lawrence. Lawrence chuckled at Shiki's awkwardness, "What is it? Is it about the building you tried to destroy?" he asked surprising Shiki. He didn't think that he was sensed during his short vanishment, Shiki could only blush a little from being found out.
"Yeah, it's about that. I don't know what it do but it has a complex magecraft that I could not understand. I have a bad feeling about it, I hope that you can decipher and inform Miss. Arcueid about it" Shiki said seriously though he faltered upon mentioning Arcueid's name. Shiki's discovery made Lawrence curious to what Roa did so he took a look himself.
His eyes pierced through any illusion placed on the school building and immediately arrived at the thing which Shiki mentioned as 'complex'. Lawrence raised his eyebrow at the purpose of this thing. It's use is rather simple but Lawrence instantly understood what is the reason for it. The Bounded Field was made to slowly cut off any connection this school building has on Gaia.
In other words, if not destroyed then Roa will simply receive more support from the Counter Force who will disregard this place as it was not on 'Earth'. It is an intricate plan and Lawrence had to admit he would never be able to think like that.
"Hey Shiki, do you want to see a little magic trick?" Lawrence turned towards Shiki grinning. The boy was freaked out by that but the mention of magic made him curious. Although he already know that this man is powerful, nothing beats the experience of seeing it in reality. "Please?" Shiki said giving a bitter smile.
Lawrence shook his head and just casted the second skill of hero Warlock. What this skill does is connect several people, and once one of them gets damage, it would bounce to others. With just one trigger from Lawrence, the whole magic system within the building was encroached by the skill. If one take a closer look then they might be able to see the skulls placed above each magic circuits.
Shiki watched this phenomenon in amazement, although he doesn't know what this thing do, it still give him chills. "Try cutting one of the circuits" Lawrence gestured Shiki to proceed. That made Shiki confused as cutting one will do nothing and besides from what he observed, the one slashed earlier was instantly replaced with a new one by Roa, so it is almost impossible.
Nonetheless Shiki still adhered his words. He grabbed his knife and gazed at the Lines of Death covering the circuit, and without hesitation Shiki did a horizontal slash on it. The single magic circuit that he slashed quickly died just as he expected however the next scene baffled him. Almost like a domino, all the following circuits started falling on their own.
Perhaps disintegrating would be a proper word for it. Shiki was well aware that this phenomenon only happens when something dies. He surely know it for he witnessed it many times now.
Just like that, thousands of circuits was sliced in a single swing. The building without the foundation of the circuits, dropped on its own.
Roa who was exchanging blows with Arcueid suddenly screamed. "Impossible!" he shouted realizing what just happened. Lawrence merely smiled at his reaction, that reaction was worth the effort after all.
