3rd POV*
It is now the fifth day since the war started, there was no other moves from the Servants because all of them are now well aware of how powerful the others is. They cannot simply charge in without any plans. The masters were also cautious especially Kiritsugu. He failed to assassinate Kayneth and was even almost killed by Lancer.
Kiritsugu wanted to change target and just dispatch Lawrence off however thankfully he was reminded by Irisviel and Saber that it was a foolish job. Only retards will come close to Lawrence and try to kill him. Now Lawrence and his group are currently running at one place, they already located the location of Kayneth and now wanted to fight against his servant.
"Master, are you sure that we can fight that crazy Servant?" Nero asked sounding excited from that proposition. "Well, you won't be the one to fight him though, it would be Shiki" Lawrence said ignoring the despair look on Nero's face. "That's unfair! I wanted to try my new item too! Shiki should not hoard all fights for yourself! Give chance to others" Nero complained because she felt it was unjust.
"Then how about you two fight against that guy? He might not look like it but he is one of the strongest Servants in the world. He could break the previous Nero easily if he just put some efforts on it. he is even scarier because he can afford using his skills without hesitation for he has a proper master now" Lawrence said offending the two. "That can't be right? I am strong even in my previous strength! What is his identity anyway?" Nero asked.
Lawrence raised his eyebrow at Nero's statement. It seemed like she hasn't realize the difference in strength between them. "Hero of Charity, Karna" Lawrence said making everyone pause in their track. "Hindu?" Shiki asked. "That Karna from Mahabaratta?" Anastashia asked with her hand on her face. she was surprised hearing that because anyone with knowledge should know that anything that involves Hindu Mythology are broken.
This Karna should be no exception. "Right, that Karna. He can decimate a whole town easily if he wanted. That is how strong he is" Lawrence nodded his head in affirmation. Nero thought carefully about this, although she doesn't believe that she will lose, there are still chance of that. She doesn't really want to fight a meaningless battle either. "Umu! I decided to hand this fight over to Shiki! I have been playing around for too long" Nero said.
The others shook their heads at her excuse. "That was what has been decided in the first place" Shiki deadpanned at Nero who just looked away. "Oh right Shiki! I want to see the effects of Butterfly, can you use it in your fight with that Servant?" Nero gained a great idea, this way she can confirm the effects of Butterfly without even doing anything.
Nero nodded her head in satisfaction thinking that her plan was perfect! Shiki was astonished by how her mind works but nonetheless still accepted the request. "Alright, that is fine" she said shaking her head.
"By the way, why is this little girl here?" Shiki asked staring at Luvia who was at Anastashia's side. "Oho-hohoho! Of course I must be where my nee-sama is! As her greatest supporter, there is no chance that I will leave at this moment" Luvia said albeit stuttering first. She was getting pressured from the gazes placed on her, it was heavy.
Nero raised her eyebrows at that answer, "Don't we have wards function on the house? You can watch and cheer there, is there a need for you to come little child?" she asked. "Ohohoho! L-Lady Nero, that might be true but I sincerely believe that cheering on the side is much better than doing it from far away. My feelings won't be able to reach Nee-sama" Luvia reasoned.
She was trying her hard to ignore Lawrence's pitying gaze staring at her, she really can't handle him right now as her opinion about him has changed a lot. The useless cripple has been erased, he is superior to her sister in anything other than Magecraft. She just won't easily accept that fact though as that would make her weak, she has her pride!
Everyone turned towards Lawrence leaving the decision to him, it didn't really matter to them because she would be the responsibility of Anastashia. They can leave the girl to her. "I'm not really averse to having her follow us. Well, she can do whatever she wants, I just want her to behave and not do anything rash" Lawrence said shrugging their gazes off.
They continued running until they arrived at a rather outstanding mansion. "Much better than our house, Umu! Master, you should learn from that guy!" Nero commented.
Lawrence ignored her words since that simple house was enough for him and Shiki. They just didn't expect that their family would grow to this amount making it rather small for them. Lawrence has no plan of destroying it though as most of their memories are created there, if he travel time then he would surely include the house.
Without giving them chance to talk more, Karna appeared already carrying his spear. He pointed it at them before talking, "Master's order. I shall stop you right here" There was no doubt in his voice as if the task was not even a challenge to him. He was in utter calm when he already started calculating the battle on his mind.
Nero also pointed her sword at Karna, "That's right! We came here to fight! However fear not as you won't be fighting all of us, Shiki can handle you alone" Nero stepped aside giving way to Shiki who was weirded out by her action. 'Does she wanted to create a beautiful entrance?' Shiki thought staring at Nero strangely.
Karna tilted his head hearing that, "So you won't be fighting me all at once?" he seemed to be confused hearing that but nonetheless still accepted their challenge. "Anastashia, please create a Bounded Field right now. It should be necessary" Lawrence gave his command to Anastashia who went to execute the order. "Luvia, please help me scatter these jewels! Follow the spot that I will point to you" Anastashia said to Luvia. "Certainly, Onee-sama~!" Luvia happily answered.
The two moved to do their work while Shiki and Karna just stared at each other. "Servant Lancer, Karna" Karna introduced himself much to his master's anger. He just ignored it as he consider the girl worthy to know his name. His senses is ringing right now trying to tell him to be careful when facing the girl, Karna always believed on his instinct and this one is not an exception.
Shiki was satisfied seeing him cooperating with this, she won't have a problem persuading the opponent now. It is not really her specialty either, she can't do a complex thing as persuading. "Shiki Ryougi, a killer" Shiki also introduced herself holding the blink dagger on her hand. The items she is currently wearing are Monkey King Bar, Butterfly, Phase Boots, Radiance and Swift Dagger.
Shiki considered it enough for the opponent. Lawrence already explained to her how he calculated this world's value. According to him, a High Class Servant like Karna would have 200 in their strength while the other values are lower than that. If Achilles is here then his Agility would be 200, that number is already an overstatement.
Do know that the number 200 is already a limit that even Heroic Spirits find hard to surpass. Shiki has a base stats of 140 in her each attributes, which has been enhanced by her items. With 35 agility from Butterfly, 40 damage from Monkey King Bar, 30 agility from Swift Dagger and 55 damage from Radiance. Add those things up she would have 205 in her agility surpassing even the likes of fastest Servants.
Her attack damage or strength would then rise to the overwhelming amount of 235! If Karna could destroy a whole mountain with a single blow then Shiki could do the same with just a slap of her hand. That is how absurd her stats were, she is a greater threat than Arjuna had ever become. It won't be a surprise if the fight ended in a single move from Shiki.
However clearly knowing that, Shiki will no doubt restrain herself at first. "Entertain me today, Karna" she said narrowing her eyes at Karna. Karna assumed his stance ready to confront Shiki, they waited for few more seconds before the signal was finally released. "The Bounded Field is complete! You can now start!" that was it.
Shiki and Karna vanished only to appear infront of each other swinging their own perspective weapons. Karna's spear clashed with Shiki's dagger causing shockwaves to appear everywhere. The shockwaves did was not kind to the environment as it immediately ravaged the place, trees were uprooted while the ground cracked from the intense pressure.
Karna was using all of his strength from the start not daring to hold back against such formidable foe. However it was still surprising to him seeing his blows being easily parried or blocked. 'She's fast. Faster than me' Karna thought observing Shiki's movements. He was having a hard time keeping up with her because of how fast she was.
He immediately placed his spear to his side barely catching the dagger that was about to pierce his side. Karna took a huge leap gaining some distance against Shiki. He brandished his spear staring seriously at Shiki. "You are strong. I admire your strength" he commented. Shiki twirled the dagger on her hand showing a slight smile. "It is an honor being praised by a legend but it does not make me happy at all. Just show me what you got" Shiki glared at Karna.
"Wait, let me help you in this matter" Lawrence said realizing that their battlefield was too small for both of them. They cannot move around freely and had to consider the surroundings. It should be suffocating for both of them not being able to move around freely. Lawrence snapped his finger using DarkTerror's space concept to widen the battlefield. It immediately expanded according to his wishes, "Continue the fight!" Lawrence declared as the two combatants continue their fierce clash.
