The third God said, "Okay, find where these two souls are reincarnated."
The second God was happy about the two souls, as was the first God. But the third God said to them both, "But first, we must seal both of their soul powers. If we reincarnate them into new bodies, the bodies will be destroyed."
They all knew what would happen if that happened. So, the two Gods created a system to modify the two soul bodies. After that, they gave it to the souls.
But what surprised the two Gods was that the third God was giving her blessing.
The first God asked the third God, "Why are you giving one of the souls your blessing?"
The third God said, "You'll see. It seems that I have found my successor, so yeah."

The third God said, "Perhaps you are right."
