Third pov～
Serene sits in the car along with Lorenzo amd silence ensues around them as they are both lost in their own thoughts.
Enterwining their fingers together Lorenzo squeezes her hand in reassurance to which Serene just remains seated.
''Everything will be ok love''Lorenzo tells her and she just nods her head at him not in the mood to say anything.
The car drives for sometime and they finally get to a forest area and Lorenzo continues driving till they reach a place with huge gates.
Pressing a button on his phone the iron gates open and the place reveals to be a building and the amount of guards in the area almost makes her gasp in happiness.
Men clad in military uniform and armed with the best weapons walk around the area their face without a smile and their bodies ready for battle.
''The De Angelo base''Lorenzo says besides her starring at her excited expression with a smile on his face.
His cara is happy just from him taking her to the base,not a shopping mall or an expensive restuarant.
''Welcome Master''A guard says and opens the door for Lorenzo who nods.
Serene can see the respect they hold for Lorenzo in their eyes and also fear for the man who walks like the king he is with her beside him.
Sadly she is no queen.
They get inside and a set of guards yet again greet them before gesturing towards a room and they start walking towards the place.
''Joel Amster,30,hired assasin,orphan,Killed a total of 20 people in his life,lives in-''The guard starts giving them information about the captive when Lorenzo raises his hand to halt him and nods towards Serene.
They enter the room to see a man chained to the ceiling and instantly rage fills Serene's body and she gets rid of Lorenzo's jacket around her shoulders passing it to the guard there.
Cracking her fingers and grining she suddenly runs towards the man with speed and gives him a flying kiss that makes him hit the wall behind him with a scream.
Not satisfied she turns towards the guard there.
''I want him chained lower and to the wall with his hands and legs spread open''She instructs the the guard and instantly men enter the room to carry out her instruction.
''Who are you people''The man being chaned screamed and struggles to get away from the guards who glare at the man.
Finally chained they turn to Serene who nods at them.
''Lorenzo De Angelo''Lorenzo says to which the man's eyes bulge out and tears start pouring out of his eyes''Pl-Please Do-Don De Angelo spare me''The man begs but knows he would not be spared as he has heard alot about Lorenzo De Angelo.
He doesn't show mercy.
Serene steps towards him and looks at the man straight in the eyes before tilting her head and walking towards the knife section.
Taking the small knives there she throws them towards the man and they get stuck in his palms pinning him to the wall which makes him scream.
Lorenzo grins watching her in action and sits on the chair provided by his men and continues watching her work.
Serene picks up the knife and walks towards the man before she starts cutting him.
''Excuse us Enzo''She tells Lorenzo who looks unsure at first but just walks out of the room to which she grins.
''Want to know who I am''Serene whispers to the man and puts the knife on the tattoo on his neck her eyes narrowed.
The mam nods in fear before shaking his head again which makes her chuckle.
''Well I'll tell you anyway''She says and applies pressure on the knife sinking it into his neck just a little''System 5023 ring a bell''She says and the man's eyes instantly widen and he starts trashing.
Throwing her head back in laughter she steps back a little from the man''Yo-you mon-monster'' The man stutters trying to move away from Serene who grins.
''Yes,Me monster.The monster you all shaped'' she says an amused look in her eyes.
''Now tell me who sent you''She ask the frightened man who instantly tells her the person.
Hearing the name of who sent the man to kill her she narrows her eyes before smiling.
''Time's up''She says and before the man can utter anything she slashes his mouth on both ends before sticking the knife straight into his head.
With blood on her face and hand she walks towards Lorenzo who gesture for his men to go clean the mess.
The men step out and fear is present in their eyes while starring at Serene.
