"These things are all over the car...can you go faster than this?" Alex said but got no response from the soldier driving. "You can hear me right?" He screamed at him and still got no response.
"Chillax mate! He doesn't understand English. I will talk to him." The minister explained to him.
He leaned forward and said calmly to the soldier.
"이봐, 친구! 이 차의 속도를 높일 수 있나요? 이 생물들은 어디에나 있으므로 우리는 가능한 한 빨리 공항에 도착해야 합니다...생물들이 장소를 채우기 전에..." (hey buddy! Can you increase the speed of this car? these creatures are everywhere and we must get to the airport as early as possible....before the creatures fill the place.)
"최선을 다하겠습니다 " (I will do my best.) The Soldier said while he increased the speed.
The minister sat down and smiled at the surprised Alex.
"Where did you learn that?" Alex asked.
"You are a Frenchman and also speak English."
"Oh! That explains it all."
Eliot removed her boots and checked her swollen legs.
"Bitten?" One of the pilots asked.
"No!" Eliot replied.
"Are you sure?" The pilot asked again.
"You listen to the news, right? I would have turned before entering." Eliot said sharply.
"She is right Zack!" the lady who used the weapon said sharply.
"By the way, we were told not to come here with weapons. Why did you...." Zack was interrupted by another steward.
"Hey! There is a stable military car coming towards us and I'm sure it's either the ministers or the North people." He announced and they all went to check.
"It is surrounded! No opening of doors please." Said the man who held Eliot earlier.
"What if it's the ministers?" Christianah asked sharply.
"They are surrounded by those things...I don't know." The pilot replied.
"You have a weapon Christianah. We can help them...my dad is out there and...my mum is now one of those." She said softly and they all turned to look at her before looking back at the coming vehicle.
"Eliot! Those things are deadly. They will get in here and we will....might become one or maybe just die." The man who held Eliot earlier explained to her.
"What's your name?" Eliot asked calmly.
"Bill!"
"Bill! Help them, please. You helped me earlier. Just the two of you did. We can all help them this time around." She looked at them with a puppy face.
"Call the minister Bill!" Zack said
"No connection since the last time he called," Bill replied.
"How do we know if it's the ministers?" asked the pilot.
"We will help them!" Christianah said firmly. "The probability of saving the ministers is 50:50."
"It's just 1:99. Because we may get there and meet the North soldiers instead of the ministers and we may die while saving them. Let's just stay here. Their car is for the war front...I know it's safe..." Zack said loudly.
"Zack! Watch from the jet...we will try to save these people over there even if they are not the ministers. We are humans...those things are still far away. We can still help them if we manage our time which is ticking." The pilot said calmly.
"Fine! I will go. You can watch us and control the door and all. Christianah should stay at the entrance and use her weapon. Bill should be ready to pull them up and I will direct them here." Zack said boldly.
"That's dangerous! Why don't you go with Bill and I will help them up." Eliot managed to say.
"Just sit back and stay safe," Zack said and left them while others also started preparing themselves for the rescue.
Alex looked at the other minister and shouted.
"This phone is useless. We cannot call them to open up and my daughter!! I'm scared"
"Let's move closer if they see us...We will try our luck and if it's otherwise...we will keep going." The minister fixed his gaze on the disturbed Alex.
"바라보다! 누군가가 제트기에서 나오고 있습니다. 그 사람 정신이 나갔나요? (look! Someone is coming out of the jet. Is he out of his mind?")" He said as he pointed to Zack.
"See! One of the pilots is coming to get us." The minister said to Alex and leaned on the driver's seat. "그 사람에게 가까이 다가가면 그 생물들이 엄청난 속도로 다가오고 있어요 (move closer to that guy, those creatures are coming with great speed.)"
He drove faster and got to Zack in no time. Zack opened the car for them all and Alex jumped high and grabbed Bill's hand, he quickly pulled him up and Eliot ran to meet him. He hugged her tightly and went back to watch the minister.
Bill pulled him up and he also got in safely. This time, the creatures were a few steps closer to them. The North Korean soldier also grabbed Bill's hand. While pulling him up, his hand became weak and one of the creatures jumped to attack Zack but Christianah gunned it down with her weapon. The minister quickly knelt at the entrance and signalled to Zack to hold him.
Zack held him and he started pulling him up. This time, the North Korean soldier was already up with others. Christianah kept shooting to keep the multiple creatures away and the minister continued to pull Zack. He was almost up when one of the creatures came from nowhere and jumped on Zack's legs. The force made both the Minister and Zack fall. The Minister broke his leg and the creatures were all over them.
Christianah continued shooting and Alex stood at the entrance screaming for Alex to get up, and lift the minister to him while Bill helped Zack up but one of the creatures bit the minister and so many of them surrounded them. Christianah tried to blast all of them off but they kept coming in greater numbers. Some were already climbing the jet from the back while a greater number of the creatures were on Zack and the minister. Christianah could not shoot because she did not want to shoot them.
Alex could not stop screaming and all of a sudden, the looked up and started climbing the jet. Alex saw Zack dead on the floor and unfortunately, the minister was turned. Christianah fired the minister squad when she saw him and looked in the direction other creatures were going.
Christianah saw them climbing the jet and screamed for the pilots to close the door and start the engine. Immediately she stepped back, one of the creatures jumped wildly, but it missed the door and fell off.
The door was closed and the jet started moving, crushing some of the creatures while the fan cut some on the jet and some fell when the jet took off.
Alex could not stop crying and others were also heartbroken.
"Dad! Please. Stop crying." Eliot said and started crying too.
"He came here because of you and tried all his best to save you. We lost others too and they all came here because I told them my plan. I'm happy that you are here but I don't know how their families will take it." Alex explained while trying to wipe his tears off.
"I thought their families only knew about the meeting with the president," Eliot whispered to Alex.
"Which is why I'm more guilty." He cried and Eliot hugged him.
"If any of these people hear this... Dad! they will expose us. Let's just look for ways to protect America and other free countries from these creatures." Eliot whispered and Alex pulled her closer to him.
"Mum is dead!" Eliot announced sadly.
"Eliot! When we get to America, I want you to give a friend of mine a call and tell her who you are. She will try her best to keep you safe."
Christianah opened the curtain and informed.
"Sir, there is an internet connection now."
"Where are we?" Alex asked.
"United States of America"
Outside the jet, one of the creatures was stuck in the jet engine, trying to come out of the place.
