The Nightmare that Scalet had held her so tightly that it took everything Travis had to get her to calm down. They were worried about it happening again, because Travis was completely exhausted from trying to wake her up this time.
Since he had to pull Power from Alex through Scarlet to wake her up, Alex had also become completely exhausted. Travis had pulled so much Power from him, they were worried that she or the Young would be hurt in some way.
As Doctor Sebastian was checking her over, she said, "What happened? Why are you Two so exhausted?"
She seemed to be more herself now and Doctor Sebastian said in a gentle voice "Sweetheart, Please just rest for now. I am your Doctor, and you are placed on bedrest and observation immediately. There is no room for negotiation is that understood?"
Scarlet looked at him with terror in her eyes and asked in a voice that was full of worry and said "Sebastian… Please tell me if it has anything to do with the Babies."
With a soft reassuring smile, he said "The Young are safe. You are fine. The Nightmare that you just had is the reason. We will talk to you about it when I feel that you are ready."
Touching her head he continued "I just need you to relax and not worry about anything. Now a good question you should ask now is…."
Scarlet looked at him expectantly and said, "What? What should I ask?"
Pausing for dramatic effect… Doctor Sebastian finally said, "What is your Fireball cooking for you right Now?"
Her facial expression changed quickly between surprise then questioning and finally understanding. Looking towards the Kitchen she seen that Parker had come out with some food on a tray.
As he approached her, he had a huge smile on his face and he said, "I love you Mommy." Bending down he presented the tray to her and said, "Here is a snack that Nick is sure that you will like."
"There is more food on the way Mommy so don't be shy Have as much as you want." Parker had the biggest smile on his face as he finished speaking.
Scarlet looked around again and tried to get up, but Travis wouldn't let her go. She turned around in his arms and looked at his exhausted face and said "Kitty. I don't know what is going on but I'm okay and I'm not going anywhere you can't follow. I promise."
After kissing his chest a couple of times, she looked back up at his face and said "But I need you to let me go right now. I need to go."
They were all on high alert now and were all asking her what was happening. Scarlet cried out,
"Quiet!"
When everyone shut their mouths she said, "I need to pee let me up or you're going to need to clean up."
Travis had newfound Energy and rushed her to the bathroom just in time. When she came out of the bathroom in Travis' arms Nick had just walked out of the Kitchen with food for everyone.
Scarlet looked at him and said "Fireball, I Love you and thank you."
With a big goofy smile Nick rushed up to Scarlet like a puppy called to his Maters side, with a plate full of food and had a bite all ready for her. As Scarlet took the bite, she grabbed his hand and gave it a little squeeze as she chewed and swallowed the bite of food. She smiled and said, "I don't know what happened earlier, but I am okay now and we should be happy."
They moved to the bedroom on Scarlets orders and finished their meal there. The Kids played on the ground while Parker practiced his moves that she had taught her.
Alex and Travis were on the bed with Scarlet still in his arms, while Nick was feeding her. Doctor Sebastian was at his Medicine workshop, thinking about things that he may need for any and every issue that he could think of.
Since he was completely useless with what happened just now since he was not yet her True Mate. He had to come up with something that could wake her up without hurting her or the Young.
The trick was finding the Father. Since different species couldn't have certain things, this makes it difficult. There were too many variables that could result in a miscarriage.
Scarlet called out "Web Head! I need you!"
Before everyone could begin to freak out, she put on a sad face, and made grabby hands toward him.
Rushing to her side she grabbed his hand and put it on her Baby bump and asked, "Are they really, okay?"
He had a smile on his face and said "Yes, my love they are just fine, and you don't need to worry. If you worry that is not good for the Young. You know this and you reminded Emma every time that you had seen her. Do you remember that?"
With a blush on her face, she dodged the question and looked towards Nick and opened her mouth.
It was a happy time for the Family, after something so mysteriously terrifying moment for the small Family.
