Scarlet tried to keep her wounds to a minimum, but when she stepped into a trap, she knew that she had been in too much of a rush and had messed up. Her foot was speared by a trap, a hole with spikes at the bottom. The wound was not deep but good enough to slow someone down.
Young Chef Josh, who had just been thrown into his First real battle, was doing well with holding his own. Scarlet had to admit that she was impressed with the Young Chef and how he had grown up.
When they appeared just moments ago the people of the Horse Clan had noticed that Young Chef Josh had arrived and that the Female fighting beside him must have been the 'Great Spirit.' The Female that they had heard so much about her and she had just appeared right before their eyes.
As the Earth, Water, and Air began to move around her she called out "Josh Fire!"
Young Chef Josh didn't hesitate as he sent a breath of Fire towards Scarlet and watched as she made his flame come alive.
Inferno was hardly ever called upon at any time because he was in fact Fire and was happy to be of any assistance to Scarlet when she needed him. Scarlet made her way through the crowd limping because of the trap from early and tried to push past it. She tried not thinking about the fact that her Males could feel everything that she experienced and to not let it affect her mission.
Young Chef Josh was fighting just like the warrior that he was raised to be, and Scarlet couldn't be happier to fight along such a Male. He was strong, and smart at combat, a good companion to fight alongside.
Scarlet cried out "Look behind you Josh! Go to the hill and help them there!"
Young Chef Josh never doubted Scarlets orders and followed them without question as he moved to the spot where she told him to go. He couldn't believe that he was fighting alongside her and for the First time he felt like a true worrier.
With a mix of his determination and sheer will, he had made it and seen that the Leader of the Horse Clan had been badly wounded and was being treated. When they see Young Chef Josh, they were shocked and One of the Males said, "Is that really you Young Chef Josh?"
Feeling like he was suddenly put on the spot he said, "Yeah and the 'Great Spirit' is the One that brought me here."
This news had shocked everyone there. They thought that it was a blessing to have a Dragon on their side but to have the 'Great Spirit' here too the Males Energy were returned, and they felt like they had all the rest and food that they had been craving before.
With a mighty yell the worriers charged into battle with a new hope, and they felt like they could win this battle.
Scarlet had Rocky and Windy looking for the Strange Male and wondered who it could be. After she killed Three, that meant that there were still Six left, and all of them were deadly in their own way.
After she just killed a group of Males that were trying to take Females from a hut, she told them to gather who they could and get them back to where Young Chef Josh was at the hill. Since they were so scattered it was difficult to keep everyone safe, if they were gathered together, it would be easier to guard them.
The Females on the other hand were so scared that they couldn't move, and they were acting like their little scratches were mortal wounds. A Young Male came running up to them calling out "Mother!!"
Scarlet turned thinking that it was her Baby Bear but was disappointed when she seen that it was just a Young Horse Male going to his Mother. Scarlet quickly sealed her emotions and called out to the Young Male.
He took a defensive position seeing Scarlet at the enemy and said, "I won't let you hurt my Mother!"
Pride filled Scarlet's chest at the sight and said "I am here to help. Get them to the hill over there Young Chef Josh is there and you need to gather everyone that you can and get them to safety.
The Young Horse Male didn't trust Scarlet and she couldn't blame him but when a big group of Males were heading their way and Scarlet took care of them with ease did, he realize just who she was.
"G G Gr Gre Great Sp Sp Spirit'? He stuttered with the words and bowed to her.
Scarlet waived him off and said "Just get them to the Young Chef! NOW!"
That Young Horse Male didn't waste any time as he moved his Mother quickly to the hill grabbing everyone that he could get his hands on along the way.
Scarlet made her way through the crowd with little issues and tried to hunt down the Strange Male that was supposed to be here. It was a meadow with lots of rolling hills and didn't have many places that they could hide.
It was then that she seen a Female run out of a hut. She seen Scarlet and yelled for help, so Scarlet made her way over to her. With her foot injured and all the fighting that she had done she was tired, and the Female must have thought that she was moving to slow because she screamed "You need to hurry they will kill him!"
Scarlet tried to make it to her faster but since she also had to fight her way there it took some time. When she made it to the hut the Female grabbed Scarlet's shoulders and said, "Please hurry he will die!" Then proceeded to push her into the hut.
She didn't make it far into the hut before she smelled it.
