Feeling completely useless he tried to pull Energy from Scarlet just like she told him to do if anything happened. The issue was that he couldn't pull anything from her.
Travis couldn't feel anything from Scarlet anymore. He thought that Matt Killed Scarlet and was playing a sick joke falling himself until he seen her hand move a little.
Scarlet said in a weak voice "Stop pulling. I need." Rolling over on her stomach, she crawled over to him slowly. Travis' heart was bleeding as he watched the Female that he loved and would die for, crawl towards him with her body beaten and bloody. Tears started to flow down his cheeks he decided that if he couldn't get to her then he would help her. Trying to push his Energy towards Scarlet he did his best as he tried to focus on giving her everything that he could.
With a sudden burst of Energy Scarlet found herself able to get to Travis faster. As soon as she reached him, she wrapped her arms around him holding him as close to her as she could. Scarlet started to cry her eyes out and couldn't get over the fear of losing him when she seen the knife held to his throat.
A Beeping sound was suddenly herd, and this brought Scarlet back to her senses. She looked at the bomb and noticed the countdown. Gasping she said, "The bomb is going to go off!!"
Examining the bomb and seeing at least Three sets of wires that kept moving in circles she proceeded to take the mouth cover off of Travis and said in a panic, "I need help!" Then placed her mouth to his in a desperate kiss to try and heal herself enough be able to stop the bomb.
Travis tried his best to heal her as quickly as he could because he just couldn't have her be hurt anymore. But just as he was able to push his Energy into her to heal her, she suddenly stopped the kiss and pushed his head down. Being confused but not wanting to distract her, he held his questions in and tried his best to do what she needed.
Scarlet started to mumble facts about the bomb as she did her Examination. It turned out that it was not very complex but was not something to be taken lightly either. One wrong move and they were both dead, along with everyone within the Hundred Miles that surrounded them.
The irony of everything was that it was literally a Red wire, Blue wire, Yellow wire situation. Thinking back on everything that she knew about who Matt was, and everything that she learned about his personality, the main things that were said about him were that he liked Spy Movies, Women, and he loved to Drink while doing both.
Since she lived in seclusion for the majority of her life, she didn't really get to watch many movies. What she did knew however was that Spy Movies were all the same with One fact. When it was down to the wire, the hero stopped the bomb, but it would be down to the Final Seconds, and they would cut the Red wire First, then Blue, followed finally by Yellow. Right?
Not wanting to think about it too much and waste time with Second-guessing herself she took a deep breath and cut the Red First. The bombs beeping started to quicken its pace and Scarlet started to panic.
Taking a deep breath, he tried to keep calm and clipped the Blue wire. The beeping quickened again, leaving Scarlet to fight to keep calm. With the Final wire in Scarlet's fingers, she took a deep breath and held it as she cut the Yellow wire.
When the beeping stopped, and the countdown no longer was declining, Scarlet released her breath in a big huff and collapsed against Travis completely exhausted.
He didn't know what to do since he was still chained down and could only call out to her. Trying to get free himself he struggled in vain against his restraints. Travis was about to call out for help when there was suddenly a loud ruckus coming from a cave on his Left.
Travis called out "Nick is that you!?"
Nick suddenly appeared out of the mouth of the caves entrance bloody and when his eyes landed on Travis then Scarlet, he ran to faster than the eye could track, and he was going for Scarlet. Travis yelled out "Don't touch her! Untie me First!"
With furry in his eyes, he quickly released him and said "What happened to her? How did you end up like this?"
Travis was furious with Nick and said "Your Friend betrayed us! Mac handed me over to Matt as soon as we split off at the very beginning! Your Friend was the reason I couldn't make it to her and is the reason why she got so hurt in the First place!"
Nick was shocked when he heard that Mac had betrayed them. He was his Oldest Friend and never would have thought that he would betray them. Nick turned to the group and said, "Find Mac! Bring him to me NOW!!"
When Travis held Scarlet in his arms carefully, he told her "Don't worry my Love I will make you better. Soon."
He was about to place his lips on hers and help heal her, Scarlet stopped him and said weakly "You can't do that."
Both Nick and Travis were shocked, and Travis asked desperately "Why not you are hurt and need help?"
Scarlet gave a weak smile and said "It rule. You can't. Web Head can't." Coughing a few times, she finished "Wash, wrap."
Nick and Travis couldn't agree to that, but when Doctor Sebastian came out of the wall, he used his Web to land on the ground safely.
On his way down he looked around, he knew that it had to be the 'Real Rocky' that brought him there when he seen Scarlet lying in a bloody heap in Travis' arms.
He was by her side in the blink of an eye and demanding to know what happened to her. As Doctor Sebastian was about to start treating Scarlet, Nick forced him back.
Not believing what was going on he fought back and tried to get to Scarlet to treat her wounds. Nick said "She said you can't treat her. That it was against the rules!"
