He was cornered by Two huge Dragons, and he was beaten to a bloody pulp. They were demanding that he tell them where the 'Great Spirit' was. Travis was not giving an inch and he was fighting without fear.
Scarlet got between them before they even knew that she was there and said in a voice that made them all shake in Fear "You are looking for me?! Why is that?" Travis coughed and this got her attention and she turned to examine him, leaving the Two other Males looking at each other questioningly.
The One on the Left said, "My name is Ricky, and we are here to Capture you and take you to our Leader."
Scarlet couldn't help but laugh so hard that she doubled over. This enraged the Two Males, and they went in for the attack, but Travis was the First to react and put himself in-between them and Scarlet.
After seeing that Travis would be fine if he were to fight them One-on-One, she didn't like the fact that they were going after him together she said, "You Males here fight with No Honor."
She placed herself back in-between them and was going to speak when the Other Male said "Oh, look at this, you must be so Weak that you need to hide behind your Female. Why don't you stop hiding and fight like a Real Male."
Scarlet put her hand on Travis' arm before he could make a move and said "How about this. Since you have such a Big Mouth and are so cocky then you will fight him One-on-One and if you lose, He dies." She said pointing the Ricky.
The Male said, "My name is Greg and what happens if I win."
"If you win, I will go with you no questions asked and no fighting on my part. But you both need to fight as you are not Changing your Form."
Not being given a choice in the matter Ricky said "You better end this quick Greg we need to get her back as soon as possible the Boss is not happy. Especially since Ryder failed his Mission to bring her back before." Scarlet and Travis were shocked to hear that but didn't show any reaction. They just got a good piece of information, and they didn't want their guards up so they could get more information from them.
As soon as everything was agreed too, Ricky and Scarlet stood off to the side while Travis and Greg went to face off. When Scarlet said "Begin" they both moved at lightning speed and attacked each other head on. Both going for the Kill right from the off and not letting up. Scarlet couldn't help but be excited but couldn't help but feel anxious for some reason.
When the battle began Scarlet started to feel fidgety, because she wanted to join in and fight too. That was not part of the deal though, so she had to stay put. Ricky noticed how she was acting and assumed that she was nerves about losing and said "Your Male is going to Die, and you will be becoming with Us. The sooner you except that the better, and you had better Remember that you said that you would come peacefully and do as we say."
Ignoring him Scarlet watched as Both Males fought with everything they had. Her eyes were locked on Travis with his Graceful movements, Fluid yet Strong, and his strikes were Powerful. It was the most Beautiful fighting that she had ever seen. She only noticed Greg when he was close to him. It was an intense battle that lasted until after Noon and when it came to an end it was Travis that landed the Killing Blow.
Ricky couldn't believe it when it was all over, and they had lost. They were both going to die now. Panic swelled up in Ricky as his mind was trying to come to terms with his Immediate and Untimely Death, but His Fight or Flight response kicked in and he tried to make a run for it.
As soon as tried to change and fly away Scarlet said, "Oh stupid little thing you are not going anywhere." Using her energy to bring him to his Knees she walked in front of him and said, "We had a deal and we held up our end. Now it is time to hold up Yours." Taking her hand and putting it in front of his face she said, "Now Die Without Honor! You Coward!!" With that said she closed her hand and his head exploded and his body fell to the side.
When everything was done and settled Travis fell to his Knees and was panting hard as he tried to catch his breath. Scarlet ran over to him and punched him hard in the arm and yelled "Why did you leave you Big Dummy!! Something could have happened to you! What would I do then?!"
Travis didn't look at her until he smelled her tears and noticed that she was crying. His head shot up and he held her in his arms the next Second. Holding her close he said "I'm sorry. I know how scared you were, I could feel your fear like it was my own. I didn't know if you would want me around and I only want you to be happy, so I left."
Scarlet bawled her eyes out and said "You told me that you would never leave me, and you would always be My Kitty! You Left you Lied to me! You almost died because of me!" Wrapping her arms around his neck and holding him tightly she cried out "I can't lose you!!!" She Cried for a long time completely unable to stop.
Her body was trembling and shaking, Travis did his best to try and comfort her. He knew that he really messed up this time, Travis thought to himself. "It's okay, I'm here you don't need to worry about anything. I keep Messing things up and I'm sorry for that." Kissing her head and trying to say things that would make her feel better, after a while he started to feel like he would never get her to calm down.
It was almost dark when she finally calmed down. Scarlet finally got a good look at him, and her eyes started to water up again. He was beaten badly before she had even gotten there, and she became so Distraught earlier, after to really examine his wounds. He looked at her and said that he was fine and that she didn't need to worry, but Scarlet wasn't having any of that. She made a big enough hole in the ground for him to fit in and filled it up with ground water to wash him off.
