The late night recognized her diamond rings, as her mysterious beauty set her out of this world, she used the subway back to her apartment; it felt like it had been a decade; she crooned with every step the melody that her mother used to sing; she was on top cloud, her best friend would be here.
"Erika Diox"
A harsh voice roared and made echo throw the empty road, she turned to face him, Mr. Rafael, who approached her in less than ten seconds. She backed the curl of her icy hair and gave him the cold shoulder.
"I'm all hearing; you don't have to scream. Relax, Mr. Rafael," Erika uttered, gazing at her nails, raising her black sparkling eyes to his lips. As she shaped his face with lusting sights, she shocked her head to kick her dirty thoughts out.
"I told you to stay; why did you leave?"
Mr. Rafael stated that while his nerves were on, no one ever disobeyed him; he shut his eyes as he tried not to kill her. "Damn it, you're making things difficult for me," Mr. Rafael said.
"You shut me in the room as a prisoner, and you want me to stay, for your sake" Erika stated as she raised her shoulders and turned to enter the apartment; she did not have time to play with him.
"You're not even trying to gain my love; you just want my body." She hissed, surprised by him pulling her to the corner; she didn't change her stoned gaze on him.
"Why should I keep my hands off you? you're now my wife, your soul, body and heart belongs to me" Mr. Rafael stated he leaned towards her.
" I gave you a promise, gentleman, and I have to fulfill it; this act of pulling won't affect me," Erika whispered. She pressed her hand near his heart position because she wanted to ensure that his heartbeats matched her. Just to find out that she was the only one who's heart was fast-pumped and skipping two beats at the same time.
"This is worthless."
She whispered, then she lowered her sights. With a tear resisting gravity not to fall, he grabbed her by the waist, gently as if he were afraid of hurting her even more.
He shaped her neck to rest on her chin with his smooth, charming touch, and she ended up closing her eyes, ready to kiss him as he leaned while his hot breath begged for her permission.
"Damn it, girl, you're driving me crazy." Mr. Rafael whispered as she made herself hard to get; she turned to her face to be kissed on the left cheek.
"Pft, Hey bro, I think you lost your magical touch." A loud voice was coming from the balcony of the next house.
Erika hesitated to raise her eyes. She gave up and looked in the direction of the voice. Mr. Rafael put his hands in his pocket as he gave Fastino the red eye.
"I thought you're a loving couple," Fastino said. He lifted his wine glass, cheering. A fine beautiful lady hugged him and took the glass from him.
while Erika made her way to her apartment and locked the door behind her, leaving Mr. Rafael screams to let him in.
"Just leave Rafael; I'm not ready yet. I can't feel safe around you," Erika said as she slipped on the door with raining tears.
"What is she talking about?" Mr. Rafael asked as he made his way out of the building. He gazed at the fine house where his brother was in it, and then he drove without a single word.
"Lol, you missed a lot of things. Your woman lives in the next building. Man, you should have to tell me about this," Fastino said as he sat next to Ronald, who had just arrived from the hospital.
He sighed, and that devil smile decorated his dazzling face and he touched his neck. "Don't show me this face," Fastino said as he shocked his head by denying the thoughts that came to his mind.
"You're serious about her, aren't you?" Fastino said that as he put his legs on the table, Ronald headed to the balcony, waving his hand.
"Just stay out," Ronald said. Fastino followed Ronald and stood in front of him.
"You never dated a lady; you never showed any interest in anyone. How on earth would you want me to believe that this is you, man? You're going to die because of her." Fastino states as he gazes at the starless sky.
"Man, haven't you anything to do? I think she is your brother's wife. If you want me to remind you, what side are you on?" Ronald said, giggling; his smile disappeared as he thought of this truth. He hit the wall till it cracked.
"It's just the start. Who told you to fall in love? I'm going in. It's getting cold," Fastino said, tapping on Ronald's back. He turned off the lights as Ronald told him to do so.
Erika was suffocating; she could not understand what she really wanted; she felt the air was less; she unlocked the balcony with her tears on; she stood, while the cold blossom tangled her hair.
It was the first time for him to see her tears, his boiling blood, his nerves, and the stress that he felt could not be described in words.
He jumped to her balcony, and the moment her eyes met his charming blue one, she hid her weak sight, burying herself in his huge chest. He did not expect her to hug him, although he was glad she did so, but his guts were awaring that he should not chase her. He softly tapped on her head.
"I can't bear the work, Mr. Rafael, and my sister's situation," she thought as she woke from her doze. To see herself between his arms, she could hear his unstable heartbeats, which reminded her of hers thirty minutes while she was with Mr. Rafael.
"Am I the reason behind this sad face?" Ronald asked with a joking tone, and she raised her head to see his enamored smile.
She pushed him away and gazed at him with her red eyes. She tried to look formal. "I'm sorry," she whispered as she ran to her room, leaving Ronald staring with pain all over his body to see her in this situation, as he couldn't help just watching with a praying soul.
