ATHENA'S POV
We reach the place we were going and I read the name of the restaurant. AFERR Which Silas explained was named after me. I checked myself out in the mirror making sure that I looked Gorgeous as always and looked at Paris who was in Luca's arms talking animatedly while he stared at her like she was the most fascinating specimen in the world.
When we enter the restaurant, I took a look at the decor and the only thing I could say about it was typical mafia vibes the theme of the restaurant was dark cozy with an edgy touch . A waiter comes to lead us to our table, on getting there I see two older people who I guess to be my grandparents.Then four other people two men and women which seemed to be two couples.
We take our seat at the table with fourteen seats round it.
I sit opposite Caspian with Enzo and Arianna settled at my sides and my baby Paris seated on my lap wearing her cropped white collar shirt with a pair of blue jeans paired with her white sneakers. She then carried her mini Disney school bag for her snacks and basically essentials.She seemed to get along well with my brothers but she wasn't too close to my twin, Arianna. I have actually forgiven Ari of what she did, she was manipulated to do it so it isn't totally her fault but our mother's who we still haven't found.
It was quiet and awkward for a while until my father got up and introduced me and Paris to the rest of the family, He then said another get together would be organized for me to meet my cousins.
My grandparents were emotional especially my grandmother but my grandfather on the other hand was trying to keep it together I mean what do you expect from a former Don.
It was then explained that my father had two siblings, Aunt Alessia and uncle Ezra who introduced themselves to me as well as their spouse.Aunt Alessia was married to a man named Mateo and they had three children, Valentina,Bianca and Angelo. While Uncle Ezra who is wedded to a bubbly note the sarcasm Woman, Thalia also with three children Xander Xavier and Gabrielle.
While we were talking the waiter came to serve the food we had ordered. My Aunt Alessia offered to carry Paris and feed her the carrot pudding I ordered for her so I agreed.In the meanwhile I started eating my food which consisted of some Pasta with Zucchini and meatball sauce for which I gave my complements to the chef.
Aunt Thalia then asked me a very much expected question, "What of Her Dad is He in the picture?". To which I answered by telling her that he partially was to which she then asked her full name. As she asked me the questions there was no judgement in her eyes only true concern and curiosity.
The next statement I mentioned got different reactions from everyone."Paris Amira Ramirez" The name made my grandparents stop their conversation in shock My uncles and aunts were eyes wide while my brothers and Father merely stiffened then continued with their meal.
The first and only time my Aunt Thalia opened her mouth I knew she was going to be a Karen as the next words flowed out of her mouth." I didn't let her finish before cutting her off "Paris cover your ears-" I commanded before continuing "Now listen here Aunt Karen oh sorry, Aunt Thalia you can say shit about me I can still tolerate but if you ever make the mistake of insulting or talking shit about my daughter again then you will fucking regret it.Now this is just a warning for next time and there shouldn't even be a next time" while I was talking I saw fear flash through her eyes maybe because I used my Donna voice.
"Paris come on let's go.it was nice to meet you Nana, Pops,Aunt Alessia Uncle Mateo I wish to meet your kids soon cos they got amazing genes. Uncle Ezra,it was a pleasure meeting you and all I can say is that I hope your kids get your Genes not hers.Paris say bye to everyone"
"Buhbye" with that we make our way outside while I call Bri to send us a ride. He uses the opportunity to inform me that our base has been set up.
I see all six of my brothers step out with Silas and Cas complementing me for standing up against Karen and yes from now on we are just going to call her Karen it actually suits her.
