After 7 more days in the hospital, the doctors finally cleared me to go home.
I requested to Paul that I wanted to home straight after discharge. This place has been a trauma for me.
Maybe it's the reason why I don't feel like coming in the first place.
I sighed and tried to calm my mind. Besides, nobody would want the incident to happen. Except of course for Suela.
While waiting for my bill to be settled, I looked outside the window and enjoyed the view the last time.
The hospital has the perfect view of the old houses. Old but well-maintained. They seemed to be untouched, and they still flourish. They are well taken care of by the owners.
The snow doesn't seem to bother it.
Looking out the window, I just can't imagine the cold outside. Just thinking of it makes me shiver.
