"Indeed. You should accept it. Video editing is quite difficult. I do it sometimes and it takes a lot of time for me as well," Lena seconded.
"I only edit seconds of video for my social media accounts and it takes a whole day or more," Ericka added as well.
"See? Your skill is not something that can be done by others easily. You spent time learning and practicing those so accept a different compensation. Video editors are usually hired separately and are paid per hour. You should search online about it so you'd know how to negotiate later," Loreen added.
"I… I see. I would need to read about it later then," Rowena nodded her head.
Loreen discussed with Rowena how much video editors for her past jobs were usually paid for so that the latter would have an idea of what was a fair compensation for her work.
"It had been more than three years since then so I'm sure that the prices had risen. Especially now that video editors have become in demand."
