"Oh, I see. Please wait here for a bit. I inform the principal and kindergarten teachers that you are here," the secretary said and left the office.
Rowena rose and walked to the door, ensuring that the secretary was out of hearing range and said, "Was that alright? I forgot to explain everything in detail."
Loreen smiled and tapped the space beside her so Rowena would return to her seat.
"It's alright. That was just how I used to be since I had been working like this for years in the past. You can actually do whatever you want as long as you are polite and they still remain informed. I just do that since a lot of people do not even read the letters they are signing. Some people prefer to be briefed verbally too so that they won't have to read the letter. Meanwhile, some prefer when you talk less so that they could read the letter in silence," Loreen explained.
