There were times when Rowena could have changed the way she asked a question or phrase to be more polite, but she did not even realize that what she said seemed rude.
Thus, Loreen was already thinking of assigning Rowena to technical matters again.
However, doing field work might also help the latter grow much more so it would be good to assign her there too. But only after Rowena learns when she should paraphrase things to avoid being rude.
It seemed like Rowena was speaking the truth though.
After all, when it was announced that Loreen was promoted, there were also people there in their team in HRD who could not contain their envy and stared at her with malice. There were also those who obviously thought there must be something fishy going on.
Loreen simply ignored them though since the ones from her first post in Centra Bank were much worse.
