It was absurd. Where would they get their daily needs if there were no farmers? Fruit and vegetables do not grow in banks like their money does.
"This indeed needs to be addressed if even their mindset and behaviors are affected like this," Loreen didn't like it either.
Why should they look down on farmers as poor? It was indeed wrong and discriminatory.
There were so many rich farmers out there. And so many rich people were even the most avid consumers of fresh vegetable produce.
If the children were left to grow up thinking this way, they would create a generation that had an extremely wrong belief. And if they taught their children the same, what would happen to the next generation who would live here in Greenville? Such kind of thinking was poisonous for the future.
It was a nightmare.
Loreen could not allow this to happen. Even Jasmin and James visibly thought so too.
