"I wasn't working. I was leisurely drinking coffee waiting for who would arrive first," Matthew said and Loreen blushed in embarrassment this time.
"Don't tease her too much. Look at her all prepared for this," Amelia scolded Matthew and James and rubbed Loreen's back.
The two men chuckled again as Loreen fanned her face with her clipboard.
"I was just kidding. I was working indeed but I heard you all talking and realized it was time for the meeting" the CEO admitted.
"Yes, I just submitted a lot of reports today so I knew he would be busy. Which was why we weren't too early," James explained to Loreen.
"Get used to them being like this. We are all comfortable around each other since we have been working together for a while. You will get used to it soon," Amelia assured her.
"I… I see," Loreen slowly nodded her head still trying to process everything.
