They all sighed in relief and finally spoke with her less formally. Loreen felt more comfortable compared with their stiffness earlier.
"How are all of you doing?"
Loreen had been eager to ask them this question. She had held back for a while in fear of having Sera's wrath extended to them.
"Should be the ones asking you that!" They all said in unison.
"Eh?" Loreen blinked repeatedly and glanced at each of them and they had the same expressions. They seemed to be worried about her.
"We were so worried about you. We wanted to contact you. But you said last time that we should only contact you if that woman returns here and causes another ruckus. She never came so we never called," Rika explained in one breath.
"Oh, right. I did say that. I was worried she would involve you guys in whatever she was scheming if she realized I'm closer with you than just regular colleagues," Loreen clarified.
