Chapter 204: It Was Trusted a Lot in the Past
Some buildings in the Greenville Public Elementary School (GPES) and Greenville Public National High School (GPNHS) were donated by Centra Bank.
Since Greenville was not yet that populated back then, it also had a smaller budget from the national government.
Likewise, the allocation by the local government wasn't that focused on education since they had to distribute it to many sectors.
Thus, the public schools were not that nice and there was a lack of classrooms and textbooks.
Centra Bank solved the problem by donating huge funds for more buildings and purchasing more textbooks for the students back then.
In addition, Greenville was largely a farming community in the past. But they had problems with the rough roads which led to a lot of produce getting damaged before even reaching the city.
