"Don't feel too bad. Even I have difficulty playing with her now," Edric assured his brooding assistant.
"What difficulty? You almost always win," Loreen corrected since Edric may be making fun of her.
She didn't understand chess that much before she married him.
But since he liked it a lot, she learned to play it. She played with him when he was free and they had nothing to do.
She had improved a lot but it was still so difficult to even win one game with him.
"Not at all. You win one in five games. That's quite a lot," Edric said with a proud look on his face and Leo paled.
"What?! I win one in ten games," Leo eyed Loreen like she was some kind of monster.
"Eh? Really?" Loreen blinked repeatedly and glanced at the two.
It was then that she noticed Edric's eyes were red and puffy like he cried a lot again.
