'Curse him! I wish he dies a thousand deaths!' Loreen thought vengefully. She couldn't believe she put so much effort in trying to change the mind of this madman.
Loreen wished Edmund would just drop dead or something so she could get out of here.
This was the first time she thought about someone this way.
She wished Edmund would be in some kind of pain so she would be able to escape.
All her efforts to speak up despite her fear and nervousness to change his mind went to waste. Hopefully, she was at least able to buy some time.
"Enough chitchat.
We're wasting precious time."
Edmund leaned in and looked like he was going to kiss her.

Loreen decided this was her last resort.
