They might think she was so full of herself just because she got promoted immediately.
Especially when it may have been because they needed more hands, and not because they truly appreciated what she could do.
Thus, Loreen decided to prove it through more achievements, instead of responding to such negative and undermining way of thinking.
If they still do not accept her no matter the achievements she showed them, then it meant they were simply insecure of her.
