"Yes. I just kissed you before sleeping," Edric raised both his hands in promise.
Loreen still gave him a glare so he wouldn't think it was fine to kiss her when he felt like it. He might misinterpret that she was willing to get back with him.
"I'm sorry, I couldn't help it," Edric acted all pitiful.
There was a tinge of sadness in his eyes that he had to apologize for kissing her now; when, he used to be able to do it whenever he pleased.
Loreen still glared at him though.
"I was thinking about you and suddenly you called me at the crack of dawn. Then, you barged into my room looking for a nonexistent mistress and fell asleep so defensively like that. You don't how much I held back," Edric eyed her, and Loreen froze at the longing in his eyes.
