"It's alright. I understand it must have really hurt to suddenly learn something like that. I'm really sorry. I never thought you would hear about it and think it was about you. I'm so sorry," Loreen repeatedly apologized.
"Does this mean you never planned to divorce me?" Edric inquired.
"Of course not. I may not have had feelings for you when we just got married but I also fell in love with you soon enough. I treasured my three years of marriage with you," Loreen clarified.
Edric gulped at that. Loreen looked sincere and she had a sad look in her eyes as if she was thinking it was too bad that everything between them had to end this way.
'Then, why did she cheat on me?'
"Were those feelings still there two months ago before I asked for divorce?"
"Of course. I wouldn't have had organized a celebration party if that wasn't the case," Loreen quickly replied without a hint of hesitation.
