Edric reminded himself about the proof they had gathered so far.
It was alright that he still had feelings for her.
He knew it would take time to move on. They were married for three years, after all.
But it wasn't alright to be deny facts they have and remain blind.
He needed to think logically instead of listening to everything his heart told him.
"What is it? Tell me what you are thinking about. You seem to have a lot more questions," Edric probed.
It was better to ask her directly for answers.
"No. I'll save it for later or else I'll forget all my other questions," Loreen kept the folder closed.
She seemed to also have things she needed to hold back for now, so Edric stopped.
"I see. Then, I guess it's my turn," he eyed her, and Loreen nodded.
