Loreen seemed to be against it at first but compromised and finally said, "Alright then, Edric. Shall we talk calm and collected this time?"

"Yes, that's exactly what I want Loreen. I have a ton of questions for you."
Edric had listed his questions for her so that he would not forget about everything he wanted to be answered today.
"I as well," Loreen held the folder she brought with her tighter.
It seems they had the same thoughts.
She had also listed her questions so she would not forget about them and lost track while they are talking.
They both wanted this meeting to be useful.
Edric ushered her to a seat and Loreen seemed surprised that he was gentlemanly today unlike the last time they met.
"Don't look at me like that. It's not like I have always treated you badly," Edric pointed out. "I was just filled with fury the last two times we met."
