"Yes, of course. We wouldn't dare tattle on it. We might get ourselves in danger."
They all understood it was confidential and possibly dangerous since it involved a lot of money.
Loreen did not tell them exactly how much money they were talking about. But they could tell it was a terrifying amount that could put them at risk or even get them killed.
Having so much money had its dangers and consequences.
It was true that Loreen could just hire guards to follow her around, but it meant she would be giving up on her privacy.
