Kitanna paced back and forth inside her room; she had tried her best not to get into trouble during the day. Nix promised he would come see her if she acted right and she made sure she behaved just right.
During the day, she did all her work diligently, from attending to Almaria and Lady Deonisia, even when they made her clean water with her dress she did not complain. All this was because she wanted Nix to visit her. Kitanna tried to recollect her day's events to know if she mistakenly got into trouble, maybe that was why Nix was not in her room yet.
Kitanna continued to move about restlessly in her room, then she stopped moving when she remembered something.
"Hold on! He asked me to bathe and eat in his quarters, does that mean I have to sleep there too?" She muttered to herself.
